Ordered this game from Play-Asia the other week and to my surprise, it came with a little extra something when it arrived last Saturday.
The “Gates of Hell: fine Cocktails and Spirits” a 6 track sampler OST disc,
Mostly composed of the stuff you here in the menus and in battle (including the Bayonetta theme). Sadly, some of the tracks that I do want (Fly Me to the Moon, Afterburner (Climax Mix)) aren’t on the disc - not that I’m complaining since the thing was practically free.
Pretty cool.
Yeah I was shocked DJ-B13 played Bayonetta but then again it is a combo heavy game lol.
That video was insane, the only thing I don’t like about a guide like this is it breeds copy cats. People stop being original, but sick guide none the less.

hell yeah, I just finished off Hard mode…with a few cheap tactics here and there(oh hello yellow lollipop), of course.
*strange thing about fighting Final Boss at the end… if you die, I noticed you only go back to the final “checkpoint” in the battle, yet it’s health seems FULLY restored. That’s such a strange thing to me…if you’re going to give the boss all its health back, why even start the player back at a particular checkpoint like that?
Infinite Climax’s lack of Witch Time isn’t a big deal, considering that Evil Harvest accessory more than makes up for it. The only thing I figure might be problematic later on are the Kinships’ missile barrage/laser “hypercombo”…the explosion might take out most or all of the missiles though…I’ll see when I get there.
Bazillions = SO awesome. You can never have too much laser-beam weaponry.
Checking out the ending sequences again, the grand finale and even the credits… everything is so incredibly well done. Words cannot express exactly how much I love this game.

I died a couple times on the final boss and it put me back to the last form i fought with it’s health right where we left off. I actually died about 39 times on the planet part because venus is apparently the biggest planet in our solar system with the most gravitational force…
I need the OST for this game. gdlk!

I’m definately looking more forward to Bayonetta 2 and not DMC5. Perhaps the games could crossover, that would be interesting. Still, DMC4 aint got shit on Bayonetta at this point.
The golem is one of the best enemies ive encountered in a videogame in a long fucking time.

One particularly annoying thing I’ve noticed with a lot of younger gamers… there is this apparent shame associated with anything that has sexual theme or tone. If it is at all sexual, they consider that “lame”…which is just pathetic, imo. Be a goddamn man, you bitch… be a man and admit you enjoy seeing some blatant TnA just like the rest of us…unless you happen to play for “that other team”, of course. Maybe you’d rather beat off to your fantasies of Marcus Fenix or Kratos, Dante, etc.? If you don’t play for “that other team”, then stop lying to yourself, pretending that “titties & ass on the screen = lame. I am not entertained.” That’s douche behaviour.
Or perhaps they’re still so young they’re still in that “girls = cooties” stage of life? (*which I’ve never seen, actually…I’ve been a perv basically all my life, and I don’t remember any other kids in my generation that were like that. The “girls are gross!” thing looks like some bullshit that only existed on tv and in the movies, if ya ask me.)
Anyway, it’s actually pathetic and sad that a lot of gamers out there seem to hate this game exactly for this reason…the fact that the main character is female, and that there is a shameless level of TnA thrown in your face. Ugh, so lame, these people…I suppose they were channel surfing back in the 80s…saw “Friday After Dark” and turned the channel in disgust?! Be a goddamn man and embrace your inner freak factor.
