been dong this on jump in for a quick 500 points of stun. you really could switch the dash straight out for any other special to make it longer, especially for ex rush upper , which could go into which ever follow up you want.
this combo isnt as good as say J.hk, st.hk, c.mp xx exRU, c.lp c.lp headbutt that Ephemeral posted. but i find it easyer to pull off personally.
I’m not saying don’t do Straight in a combo. Sometimes you DON’T want to knock down your opponent, and cancelling into Straight is a great combo ender. What I’m saying is that IN a combo, it’s a waste to EX it.
1st one is outpoking someone and scoring a knockdown as a reward.
the 2nd one is good for doing 50/50 against people who started to tech your tick throws
nah only cs.hk on counterhit can. a c.lp can link to cs.hp though.
lv 1 tap counterhit c.lp xx special. i still cant get around to charging taps so quickly.
edit nobody lets rog jump-in at a high level, so scoring a jump-in isn’t common and u’d better off finish with a block string like s.hk, c.lk xx straights. technically what he means is its not easily confirmable. not to mention u must spend that minimal charge on it too.
Some of links that i know of are S HK > C LK > ex rush upper and C MK > C LP. i did catch one guy by doing a C MK > C HK which registered as a 2 hit combo. I think the C MK was a counter hit though.
PS My XBOX got the red rings too, so my brother is fixing it up, plus i have to get my XBL connection up again as i had some technical issues recently
