Ask Kim1234 about random Bison sh*t!

This new srk forum look is nice

I use cross up forward kick because it tracks better then jump roundhouse . The worst part about using jump forward is that it’s super easy to get reversal uppercutted. Jump roundhouse avoids scrubby mashed out reversal uppercuts but is easy to walk under or other sneaky shit

To everyone who hates yun: well yeah its in his favor. The one thing I have to say is that if you want to dedicate your time to play bison … You have to be perfectly fine with the fact that some match ups can only be won by using the timer to your advantage. If you can’t/don’t want to play this way, Just save yourself some time and pick someone else.

Vs Yun you can’t let him get in. You do damage by mainly counter poking. Play the secondary game of “building meter” or “stopping him from building meter” rather then landing direct hits.

This is the basic structure of the match up, you become more aggressive if you’re losing or absolutely know the opponent’s tendencies

If you’re not doing this, you’re dic isn’t hard enough

For some reason i feel as though your sig should be something like “i’m the greatest dic that has ever lived…and i’m livin’ now yea!!”

Also, i saw you do what i think was j.forward os forward to catch ex pc? Oh yeah and you punished a close blocked ex pc vs chichimonda and u2’d it. Couldn’t he have mashed port?

someone needs to make an animated gif of that. Must be secret high level Bison spacing technique.

Man screw this tier whoring community. Yun, fei, whoever. So everyone else got closer to the bottom, I’m not gonna just drop the time invested in bison. Just don’t make stupid mistakes and try to make every round a perfect run.

Living at the top when you’re at the fucking bottom…

I play some Fei too. He’s S-tier. But it’s not like he has I-Win buttons. Even the twins, you need execution and strategy to win with. People are blowing them way out of proportion.

I’ve noticed with Bison I’ve been turtling more and playing even more lamer. It works, you need to be more patient now.

Can i please qualify?

Lol Kim, you’re the lamest and most trollish Bison I’ve seen, and I mean that with sincere love. (No homo, I’m a girl, jfyi.) Whenever I watch your Bison I realize I’m not frustrating people enough. Laming, trolling and frustrating are all legit Bison tactics which is ironic because Bison gives the trollface pre-fight and if he wins.

<— that’s your Bison

vs Yun: 5.5 dic
vs Yang: even

details later! Just to add. imo too much respect here. We treat them like that hoe Viper! *Ponders

Yang vs bison is so annoying. Lamest match IMO.

I look forward to see why you think this, Jeron. I know Bison can decently zone them out, but once they get in, it feels like Bison is in all sorts of trouble. Between Yun’s lk dive kicks and target combos, and Yang’s frame traps and OS’s, as a player, your defense has to be super solid and you still have to take some stupid risk just to break free.

I’m still having trouble finding good positioning because they walk so fast, and Yun’s st. strong and Yang’s st. short have good range and speed. If you stay at full screen, you just give them a chance to build meter. So you’re forced to walk forward to try and stop them, but then you give up charge.

I’ve been having limited success using cr.mk against Yun, and his wakeup isn’t that great, but I don’t seem to gain much on his knockdown. Yang can be safe jumped, but ex teleport will get him out. I was thinking of doing safe jump OS slide to catch it, but I’m guessing it will lose to lk upkicks.

I’m sure a lot of it has to do to inexperience, and the fact that my friends have been playing since the arcade was released, but it doesn’t seem like anybody is making the match look even.

And after watching Marn destroy Andre, that wasn’t very encouraging either.

Is there a video of this?

searched youtube couldn’t find anything… [S]maybe it was removed for sexual content.[/S]

loool quite possibly!

It was at CEO, so it won’t be up until a few days.

Nobody plays Yun in NYC. That’s why he got blown up by Marn.

Andre vs Marn (Yun)

Part 3 at the 57m50s mark.

I think Yun is definitely ridiculous, but I still believe Andre played horribly as well. It wouldn’t be an easy matchup anyway, but Andre was definitely cracking.

Fatigue may well have been a factor, but from all I have seen, Marn played that matchup exactly the way it was meant to be played – and when played that way, it’s basically hopeless for Bison, even at Andre’s level. Bison can space out far divekicks, but on the inside, his answers are piss fucking poor. Everything he has except neutral jump HK gets stuffed or safe-jumped, and 95% of the time, the divekick makes contact way too low for a throw punish, even from stand block. Yun only needs one good knockdown to seize the initiative with AUTHORITY.

If Bison wants to win this one, I think running for your life is a much more viable approach than attempting to challenge him. Backpedal, take incidental anti-airs or whiff punishes where you can get it, get the lead and run for your fucking life. If Yun touches you, he will more than likely get a knockdown (combo into lunge punch/dragon kicks) as well as a good chunk of damage, and from there you have to straight-up gamble your way out of his divekick bullshit, which means MORE damage for Yun. There’s no way this matchup is in Bison’s favor.

Aside from the fact that no one plays yun in the east coast from what I heard Next Level was only open on the weekends. When AE was arcade only. Then remember Andre is probaly putting in alot of work in marvel and no lie he is amazing in it. All that being said I felt the match up called for more turtling but that style favors who knows the match up better. In the end only Andre can answer what was going on in his mind and his opinion of the match up but whatever I’m just some random scrub that gets blown up by JSMasters lol.

I’m pretty sure Andre has close to no good Yun experience.
