Since I won’t be there for the BB ranbat I definitely want to get some kind of BB competition in for the month.
It will be happening. All I really want to know is if everyone is cool with the $10 entry fee. Maybe some people would be reluctant since it’s such a new game.
I would leave it at $5 right now – but if a lot of people say $10 is fine, go with that.

I’m going to come down from c-bus for the BB ranbat. I’m glad it got moved! I don’t know if I can make it this coming weekend (its short notice and I think might be going to a Ren fest then).
Try for the Blockbuster version if possible (Sculptor’s Cut). I really want to play 63 1/3 again… Its been too many years!

Is 3S going to be run on a PS2 or a PS3 with backwards compatibility? (I know it says PS2 but I want to be sure)
I don’t think anyone would ever attempt that. Backwards compat systems are actually kind of rare now too anyway, right?
SFIV will be run on the big screen and the two HDTVs in the back on PS3. 3s will be run on PS2 on the two crts which will be on the table next to the big screen.
BlazBlue will be run on the same TVs as SFIV
I also have the two smaller HD monitors we can use if necessary

Hey Jesse, will the new sticks/buttons for the cvs2 cab be in by the 11th? I’m bringing a couple of friends down that are big cvs2 fans.
I hope so. I ordered them last week but since it was a holiday this week there’s no way to tell for sure if they show up. It also depends on how efficient the website is at shipping. I will let you know as soon as they arrive.
Good news. I just installed the new buttons and sticks for CvS2 and it’s a world of difference. Anyone who gets a chance to play it, please let me know what you think.
