Yeah, not having any info sucks, but realistically Capcom was never going to introduce a new Character into the Street Fighter V ecosystem so close to a major CPT event. I originally had the idea that if the march patch didnāt drop on March 1st, it wasnāt going to come until the 29th. FR19 and NCR being so close together is just bad timing.
There must be some inner turmoil going on within the company. Thatās the only reason I could think of that could validate such a blunder.

What sucks about it all is we have no choice. Not sure if you guys are casual or competitive. In my scene I aim to be more competitive, as such I feel there is nothing I can do.
