Here it is my friend, just had to find it.
Daigo playing Alex. some dude posted this on eventhubs comments section

A bunch of âIâm better than you and you donât know shitâ stuff.
I really, truly, couldnât care less about the amount of points you have. The amount of points you have in an online game doesnât matter when discussing points about a character, especially one that hasnât even been out for 48 hours.
I love your reply about Stun Gun. I gave you a reason why it could be useful once youâve trained your opponent to block the Stomp and your answer is âHerp derp, wonât work because gimmickâ. That practically sums up everything you said.
Iâm not wasting my time with someone who canât discuss without being condescending to the extreme while also crying that everything sucks. Itâs a waste of your time and mine.
Oh, and calling people âSonâ is a good way to make yourself look like youâre around 13 and trying to act like a grown up on the internet.
Have fun.

Heavy elbow gives you an EX Chop follow up midscreen and a Knee Smash follow up in the corner, so always make sure to end your combo with that. If you DO follow up with an EX chop the frame advantage also changes due to the opponent being higher in the air, you get RIDICULOUS + frame on a dash in on their quickrisen and can yet again dash in and do an immediate st.hk for a meaty that beats 3f normals. Sadly you canât do dash in f.hp because youâre slightly out of range of f.hpâs crouching hitbox. You also donât get any meaty Powerbomb opportunities from this.
I think that covered all of his options, right?
You can also do Heavy Elbow into CA in the corner, this is probably common knowledge so you didnât mention it but I was just saying in case.

Theory -
So letâs quickly consider Alexâs st.hp and the potential hurtbox it may have, Alex brings his arm down from above. The general animation behind his st.hp is very strange, and considering how it alters his hurtbox it may be a very strong button in stuffing crouching shorts and jabs from a distance. For instance letâs say we tried st.mp > st.hp as a blockstring, it has an 8f gap naturally but would a potential fragmented hurtbox make it an option that stuffs certain moves from a distance?
I havenât seen the hitbox/hurtbox data yet so Iâm wondering.
Can you explain the hit boxes of st.hp?
I have no idea
How to read this one, it looks quite different bc there is no box where his fist are.

Sorry it is a picture for ants.
all that yellow is his hurtbox, and that red is the hitbox. not only is there not a hitbox where his fist is, his hurtbox extends to over an arms length away from his actual arm. it looks like most crouching normals would whiff, but that hitbox is too high up to whiff punish.
See I expected the hitbox to match the limb, but SFV doesnât do that for most normals. Iâm happy the hurtbox is disjointed the way it is though, it could probably beat certain things.
Edit**
Whenâs the next major? I want to see Strider play Alex, if itâs anywhere near his Abelâs quality heâll be my favourite to watch and take notes from
Looks weird as hell but Cr.mp is a legit anti air as well. Try it out and see. It gives him a low profile so he doesnât get hit and kinda land on his arm. Super consistent.

Thought that was his proxy guard length.
^^
The horizontal yellow is the proximity box.
The vertical yellow is the hurtbox.
The hitbox follows his fist down on later frames. And the yellow is not his hurtbox
I found it funny when some people want to jump in a whiffer st.HK and they canât even cross up Alex because he moves forward after it.
Wow, chun li matchupâŚthat shit is freeeeee for her. Iâve played against around 13-15 liâs and she just stuff your everything. I donât really know how to put some insight into this other than everything seems in her favor. Footsies, space control, rushdown and keepaway. How the hell do you deal with her? Hell, where st. lp has been my primary AA tool, she can just stuff it no problem. Really lost here.
7-3 in 3s, 7-3 here 8]
Youâre kinda just forced to poke/counter poke her and you need meter to score a KD somehow. I think st.lp can hit her out of IA Legs?
Not sure, happened once. Terrible, terrible matchup.
Any thoughts on EX Powerbomb? Kinda feels like a waste of meter a bit. It pushes you a smidge closer on wakeup than the other powerbombs, but not for really anything you couldnât already do, besides maybe meaty sweep. The extra 60 dmg/20 stun is nice, and you can tick from it from a button or two you canât tick from LP Powerbomb, but Alex is very meter hungry for EX confirms/super reversal/mixups, it doesnât feel productive to use this button outside of closing out a round or looking cool.
Does it have any throw/strike invuln stuff Iâm missing?
I really donât like using Ex-Power Bomb. The only benefits is has are the extra dmg and stun you spoke of and the tiniest bit of range on the low variation. It still gives the same 15 frames of advantage on quick rise.
Speaking of Ex-Command Grabs though - Ex-Power Drop is great as it gives 15 frames of advantage compared to the normal Power Drop which gives only 6.
Re: Chun Li
I assumed this would be one of the hardest match ups. 3 frame normal + all of her other BS and I can imagine her being tough. IALL should get jab-able as the hurtbox on them is much worse than they first seem.

I have a bad habit of using EX power bomb because birdieâs EX grab is amazing, but after a st.mp xx mp chop setup you can just do lp power bomb and itâs almost the same. I save EX mostly for elbow because itâs been the best situational GTFO tool for me thus far. I find EX stomp and headbutt a waste too, they are both so incredibly situational, and the stomp is like, impossible to control.
IALL isnât so much of an issue as just regular j.mp or hp is, they both seem to flat out neglect st.lp. Either way, itâs expected for chunky characters to have at least one 7-3 match, and I think chun and cammy are both a 7-3 for him. Will have to study those more closely!
Nah EX Stomp is very integral to his mixup game, just because itâs + on block. When they see you using it theyâll also try to either air to air or AA you, which if you read is a free st.hk CC or cr.hp.
EX Powerbomb is just a dead-end move to me.
If you have the hard read and are only in range for LP/EX (same range) then go for EX Powerbomb. 60 damage is pretty much the best damage to meter ratio youâll get out of an EX move. If youâre not 100% sure itâll hit I wouldnât go for it though. Sucks that it doesnât get extra range though
Iâd argue even in those situations youâre better off saving the meter for EX Elbow oki. If timed right it beats jumps/meaties/and goes through even EX 3f reversals. Unsafe on block, but thatâs life.
