Just improve Dudley’s normals. He is a boxer and has no fireball, no kicks, no cross-up, … he needs good normals.
If he doesn’t have range as Balrog at least the hitboxes should cover his fist and have good startup and recovery.
By observing cammy’s normals I would say see is more of a boxer than Dudley is.

f.mk: Better horizontal hitbox and special cancelable
f.mp: Add a forward movement
s.mp: Better vertical hitbox
s.hk: Reduced pushback when counterhit (like SSF4)
nj.hk: Must be like j.hk (reduced startup and more active frames)
Regarding the special moves, they must be less risky especially against grapplers
Short Swing Blow: The hitbox must be adjusted and look like the 1st hit of the ex version and the recovery need to be faster (-2f for all regular versions)
Machine Gun Blow: L -1/+2 , M -3/0 , H -4/+1, Ex -6/…
Thunderbolt: Less recovery (and more invicibility frames for ex version)
Cross Counter: 1f startup and armor breaking
Jet Upper: All versions must travel a bigger horizontal distance

edit: you know what i spent like the past few weeks revising and editing the other thread + did some diggings on dudley overall more complete character (broken). i’m just going to make a clean one for the upcoming patch if there’ll be any. you guys can keep discussing any other ideas/suggestions in this thread.
