Make towards MP move Dudley forwards a little bit, not that it isn’t really good as it is.
Remove thunderbolt so I never have to accidentally use it again during A2As (usually use punches or HK for A2A).
But really, I think Dudley is just fine in this game. The more I play it, the more I realise how shit I am and how much potential this character has.

Buff stand strong vertical hitbox, let it hit crouching characters (maybe not all but some at least), right now it hits no one and it even misses on hit vs some standing characters after f.mk…I know you can just use crouch strong, but stand strong has better frames and less pushback (I think?), how am I supposed to ever get a counterhit with this button (which would be otherwise godlike since it’d be +9 on CH)
There’s a couple changes I would like, but the most would be juggle and damage with the rose toss… That would be awesome. 25 on hit, 10 on block?
Not saying Dudley needs this, but I would like it if st.lp comboed into cr.mk. kind of like akuma can do jab into sweep. It would just make me happy to punish certain moves with it. So many Oki options after that

I’m trying to do this. I lurked the subchars forums and I’m trying to make a list with buffs for every char.
Now, I’m not sure if AE 2013 will come, or if Capcom will listen to us, but… who knows ? It worth a try.
My idea is: while some characters should get some nerfs (cammy, rufus, akuma, seth, viper), I say, don’t nerf anyone, but instead buff everyone else.
Now, what do you want for Dudley ?

Looking at Dudley’s hitboxes I just think that changing cr.LP to hit closer to the tip of glove (similar to Balrog’s) and cr.LK to hit the entire glove because it is already so short range would make Duds more competitive. I also agree with SSB make it a little bit more useful. Maybe just decrease the hurtbox on that. I believe with these 3 changes Dudley could be usable in tournaments and bring more people in to the game, i.e. more $$$ for Capcom.
Wouldn’t placing the hitbox more outward cause the knockback on hit/block to put Dudley even further away from his opponent though? So like, you would whiff s.HK a lot more often after hitting cr.LP?
Not if you adjust knockback as well so that it doesn’t wiff. And when very close to any opponent he should be able to do 3 cr.LP into S.HK (you can already do this, right?). If we ask for big changes Capcom will do nothing. I just ask for small adjustment of 2 hitboxes (it is a matter of some pixels).
Capcom must hate Dudley. Maybe they will insult us all and just make his arms even shorter. LOL
I strongly feel Dudley should be in the mid to high tier range. Doesn’t need to be top tier.
Oh, one more thing. If Ono doesn’t listen just go above him.
Invisibility frames on DP’s please

he never had inv DP in 3s and he doesn’t need it in SF4. He’s not a shoto, Capcom would never give him an inv DP at all. His DP is either trade, risk/reward, adding juggle properties with LP JU (trade + juggle on other DPs bar EX)
Dudley needs hitbox adjustment on his normals, buffed recovery on cr.HK on whiff or cr.MK? more frame advantage, he’s actually pretty unsafe, I really want his f.HP to be -1, I like to see dropped target combos have more frame advantage, st.lk st.mk could be -1. cr.mp hitbox should be fixed as well, I think it’s short in range.

Give him a makoto like buff to his jet upper. making his fist invincible only.
