That has happened to me over 4 times in SSF4 and every time I’ve wondered why it happens…

Im pretty sure since it was buffered it automatically comes out dunno though ive done this before but with other characters like ryu

Really? I’ve never seen it before, and I actually go out of my way to get moves to come out after the round ends.
If you cancel a killing move on the frame it connects and kills, it will go into the next move. After a round, the losing character is in a free juggle state, so if the move you cancel into has any juggle potential, it will hit.
You can also combo into throws after a death, if you kill with a light attack, since that induces the same state as a focus crumple, as seen here: [media=youtube]Euc-KxbgJt0#t=1m25s[/media]
It’s funny… I wasn’t even sure comboing the Falling Sky was possible, since I have never seen it before just a few days ago.
ive done CoD on their wake up (2nd one hit them) and after the ko the 3rd part of CoD finished. pretty sick to see in slow motion. ive probably only had a finisher after the ko screen like 2-3 times. ive never been able to duplicate it though.

towards the end of the 2nd round, did HAV do cross ups with the light kick to trick the opp?
I did one with HK and one with LK. It’s designed to freeze the opponent, since a lot of people like to mash after blocking a jump in. I cross up with something that I know is gonna miss, so the opponent never gets the contact that they’re waiting for, as a cue to mash whatever the fuck they want to mash (most likely in this case to have been EX TT or Super), and before they know it, they’re already scooped up.
This is a trick that is completely stolen from Juicebox, BTW. I don’t even know if he still does it, but I know my friend Eric Kim came back with that little trick all the way back from Gamestop Nationals, and it still works.

Whiffing a normal crossup to command grab is a dirty grappler trick I’ve been subjected to far too often -_- (my friend mains T-Hawk)
its really good against people with no defense against crossups. I set it up by doing TT > dash > crossup mk once or twice in the match and then doing the aforementioned trick.
but it wont work well with shotos, correct?
depends on what do you mean by wont work? it wont work if they reversal/proper timed shoryu yeah.
but if you jumped early aka not crossup timing, this might still work if they predicted that youre going to bait a shoryu or roll, and decided to wakeup throw, and get TTd.
