You can’t play SF4 and expect everything to work like it did in 3s. We all know that the 3 series are very different from the other SF series. Look at the ST, A3 or CVS2 players. Learning SF4 is natural for them, because the basics are the same.

On the other hand 3s players struggle because their precious parry isn’t available, and instead of changing their ways of thinking, they say that 4 is shit (easy huh ?).

You got all the right in the world to prefer 3s to 4, but don’t say the game is garbage when you didn’t even took 5 fucking minutes to learn how to deal with a jab masher.

im not a dumb player ive been here long enough to know what can be dealt with but my point of saying that, which you just happened to miss, is that ppl can get away with shit like that in 4 but cant in 3…and with you saying that OMG you dp shit…maybe you should realize thats an entirely different scenario/ dp on wakeup isnt safe, low lp is…a dp can be blocked and punished, low lp cant…you see my point??

To wit, there are just as many games created with fantastic graphics that simply aren’t good as there are games with poor graphics that are fantastic.

While I can agree jabbing Rog’s are annoying as hell, there are options to turn that jab into damage.

when i did a cross over it missed, an attempt at a frame trap was stuffed by the lps, and as i said doing a DP is dumb cuz if i guess wrong thats either me gettin hurt or wasting 2 EX bars

Anyways this thread is a great chance for people to pinpoint why they weren’t impressed with SF4 and perfer SF3 with solid reasoning. Like compare how does it feel when you apply offense on the opponent for both games. Do you get bothered by how some play styles can be annoying for both games? Things like that.

2. dont get me wrong ive used it but it just SEEMS dumb to do it cuz its like what else can i do to stop that nonsense (1 of the reasons i dont like the game)
