Ganon is way too slow and they could’ve been more creative with his moveset.

The idea for Brawl’s balance was to take the best player and worst player and make it so that neither one was at an advantage regardless of character. 'Nuff said.

So the people anti Brawl+ hate games like Counter Strike also I presume? Me personally I really don’t give a fuck anymore about Smash from a competive stand point and find Brawl+ to be a waste of time for multiple reasons and just try to enjoy the game casually, but it’s extremely understandable why people who were big fans of melee, a game EVERYONE casual or tournament was able to get into. Yes the Tournament scene for Brawl is taking shit to far, Brawl cut out all the stuff that made Melee playable for both types but I really do not get this shit that anyone who misses that competitive aspect is blatantly wrong and deserves ridicule. People keep talking about how the Tournament scene gets trying to get people to play only their way Which it does and is one thing I hate about the vocal group that goes about it but on the same coin people who are just into it casually are doing the same thing. I just don’t get why both groups can’t just chill the fuck out and just play the game in the way they enjoy, fuck.
i love the idea that a game that literally has a mechanic where you randomly fall over and your opponent gets to hit you for free has a tournament scene because a bunch of kids couldnt stand the idea of not being able to prove theyre the bestest at a kiddy party game

I like to play with items and I don’t like to play with items.

There are so many people who just start throwing around the word “tourneyfag” or “ruining the game” as soon as somebody mentions wavedashing, L-canceling, or not playing with items.
Those kinds of people are way more annoying than Brawl backroomers IMO.
Moving on, all I really want is tripping gone, the game to be sped up, more music and better ways to get it played, and a much better thought out single player. SSE was a decent idea just done badly. And fuck can we get WW Ganon, best boss fight in all of Zelda and playable Lynn.
I’ve yet to see a ban list larger then that.
It’s all softbans based off of matchup experience though. Plus, you still have plenty of stages even excluding those listed.
Not to mention that post is grossly outdated since it’s about 4 years old.
I doubt you see the huge ass amount of content you are cutting off though.
