good games to everyone in sf4 and 3s. Was nice to see so many people.
I’m pretty terrible in this game now, as I’ve taken like a 3 week break from it. I feel like I scrubbed out super hard ,and everyone’s been leveling up so much meanwhile, I feel like I’m way behind again. I don’t know how much time I’ll have to keep playing as I’ve been occupied in real life :arazz:

But we’ll see. Until next time, everyone keep leveling up.

My thoughts on the whole hype/shouting thing… it can kind of get out of hand, and I do see why some people get really into it, but I guess its a bit hard to decide where to draw the line, especially for outsiders to see. I can understand both points of view, and personally if people get hype at me I don’t mind personally (most of my matches people tend to cheer for my opponents anyway), but there’s no reason to be douchebags to strangers… just friends (and sanchez :lovin:)

WOW! Eric, you are doing this too!!??!?!?!?! I thought we were too old for this, LOL!!!
Thank you everyone for showing up for the tournament yesterday. Even though it was long, but it was a lot of fun. (damn, there was so many Balrog’s I had to play!!!)
Bebop: You called it! Thank you for everything.
Tatsu: oh my god oh my god, did you win? That was like the first thing you asked me when you picked up the phone. It was really funny.
Eric: You got 5th, and I somehow got 1st place. This was our first singles tourney. And the results were…pretty damn good.
Ed: If you used Ken, the tourney result probably would of been much different.
Ron: You are my favorite player. I am sorry that I didn’t let you have 2 tourney wins…
Gootecks: Somehow I knew you and I were gonna be in the finals. So after Friday night, I kept thinking about how to play Balrog. I knew you weren’t going to jump, so I decided to go with Tiger Knee all day. I guess it worked. But I’m sure you’ll figure something out to stop it.
Christian: I am so sorry about the 73 tiger shots, but that’s all I have. Jesus! Was it really 73?
I am sorry, I am pretty new to this, but is it Shoo that always sets up the tourneys? Whoever organizes these events, you guys did a awesome job.

Kai: I can’t believe you actually used El Fuerte toward the end of Tourney. Even though you didn’t win, but I give you props for that.
Luka: For always making me laugh.

I have been reading the posts. I think Sanchez sometimes just gets over his head. When you talk trash, it doesn’t bother me. But if your jokes starts to offend other people, then maybe it’s time to stop? I know when you yelled to Tatsu, “What are you gonna do??” You knew it was Tatsu, and you knew he won’t get offended. But one time, when you were doing that to Eric, he was kinda offended. Then that’s when you should stop. If your jokes make the other person laugh, it’s funny. If your joke offends him/her, then you should stop.
I think this SF4 is a very very small niche game. We should all make it a comfortable scene. I still remember, when I first played, I used Honda. I knew that everyone hated me probably because all the butt stomps that I kept REPEATED doing. Everyone probably just hated the style I play. AT THAT TIME, THAT’S ALL I KNEW HOW TO PLAY HONDA! I still remember one night, I had 20+ wins with Honda, everyone hated me. Afterwards, Ryan, Mike came to talk to me, and then Bebop and then everybody else. You realize, after you talk to the guy, you feel, “Hey, this guy is actually pretty nice!” So just get to know the guy, see the other side of him. I’m sure Sanchez is not a bad person, just sometimes he gets TOO HYPED!
But come to think of it, I remember when Sanchez didn’t know me and played me, when he lost, all he did was shook his head. Didn’t say a word. But if he knew me, he’ll probably say something like, "YEAH!!! THAT WAS SOME BULLSHIT YOU JUST PULLED!!!"
Everybody has temper/attitude. I know that losing sucks, but no matter how good you are, you’re still gonna lose. Damn, my Sagat lost to Mark once!!! LOL, no offense Mark.
Sometimes I get pissed too, but that is just what makes this game fun. Come on, let’s face it, if you just keep winning, won’t that be a little bit boring? You’re always seeking for challenge.
Have fun playing this game, and hopefully everyone keep leveling up! Enjoy the excitement and the competition while it’s still lasting.
When’s the next time for beer station!!?!? I’ll put in some of the $150 pot money! LOL!

Real man talk shit to each other during competitions, however, you don’t talk shit to strangers in casual matches, or start screaming out unsolicited advises to strangers. That just make a stranger feel like you wanna take this thing outside.

Guys listen this is Coast. Im 19 and located in Charlotte North Carolina. Yeah, I know , im on the other side of the country. I just want to say that I really admire what you guys do there. to whom ever organizes your tournaments ,Shout outs( shoo I think it is ), all the participants and your whole community in Rowland Heights. See being in North Carolina, we didn’t get any sf4 arcade machines here unfortunately. I was really upset about that. So I went around to the local arcades in my area and asked the owners if they were vs to buying these cabinets. no one was vs to the challenge. so north Carolina won’t get sf4 arcade machines. so all I have is you guys. I watch your ranking battles on the daily and keep up on what’s going on at arcade Infinity because that’s all I have. youtube . im working right now to see if I can actually move to rowland Heights and get into your sf4 scene there. and maybe get hype as yall say. that may happen soon. just have to find a place to stay and ha decent job and im there. but anyways you guys give players like me on the east coast hope of becoming a great player. so if you do see Coast pop up at arcade infinity, guys I hope that you guys would welcome me and most of ll help me hone my skills and become a great player.
