^ I went PC Master Race back because of King’s Quest V. That game was head’s and tails above anything a console was offering at the time (SNES days, early N64 days, I think). Full voice acting, amazing animations, well thought out game. Love all those Sierra games as a kid (played most of the Police Quest games, Space Quest, King’s Quest, and of course Leisure Suit Larry).

So I recently got a gaming pc and im loving steam lately. Ive been playing a lot of Portal 2, Left 4 Dead 2 and Borderlands. Ive only had my pc for about 3 months but due to the awsomeness that is Steam I have picked up about 20 or 25 games since then. Zoe Quinn is in an abusive relationship with Eron and is extremely depressed. Eron is always putting her down and made her pose for porno sites to help pay for his drug habit. Every time he sees her he calls her a slut or whore and reminds her that she is worthless with out him. She stays with him because she believes no one else would love her.
Zoe can’t afford to go to school but always dreams of being the first female game developer. She loves video games and plays them to escape her depressed life. She wants to give back to the industry that made her feel happy. She buys books and teaches herself how to code but doubts herself because of Eron always putting her down. The way Eron oppressed her and her feel depressed inspired her to create Depression Quest.
She went to many game publishers. The offices were filled with male only staff and make fun of her because she’s a woman and her game isn’t like call of duty or Grand theft auto. While leaving one of the game publishers she meets Nathan Grayson and they talk over coffee and on her laptop shows him the game that she made. Nathan was blown away by how detailed the game was and how it can be used to spread awareness on Depression. He looks into Zoe’s eyes and declares her in anyway possible and he runs a successfully news website.
Zoe and Nathan developed feelings for each other but she is conflicted because she still loves Eron. He drives her home I’m his car so she wouldn’t have to the the bus. Eron saw Nathan and was instantly jealous. He confronts Zoe and Nathan while wearing a wife beater and having a beer bottle in his hand. He is clearly drunk. Zoe gets out of the car and Eron is yelling out her. Nathan gets out of the car to try and calm down Eron. Eron is about to slap Zoe but Nathan grabs Eron’s hand and throws him to the ground. He tells Zoe he would never treat her they way Eron does and tells her he would take care of her. Zoe and Nathan leave.
