remember when she took that franchise and bombed it into the ground? Remember when Sierra Entertainment died right after that? Remember when they had to sell all their assets off?
That was like the first Sierra game ever made. So she didn’t make up for jack shit, she did that, then made the King’s Quest games, THEN ran that series into the ground
Take it easy nerd, it’s just video games and boobs.
Edit: fucking autistic sperg lol, “she made that game back in august of 1978, please clarify your facts when you are being facetious on the internet you lord of carbon based life forms” Soviet
King’s Quest III rivaled The Legend of Zelda 1 back in the day, even though they were on 2 different platforms. Both were more similar than different. Also, it would be cool to see a live-action King’s Quest III movie:
^ I went PC Master Race back because of King’s Quest V. That game was head’s and tails above anything a console was offering at the time (SNES days, early N64 days, I think). Full voice acting, amazing animations, well thought out game. Love all those Sierra games as a kid (played most of the Police Quest games, Space Quest, King’s Quest, and of course Leisure Suit Larry).
That text adventure porno posted earlier on the page, eventually got re-released as the first Leisure Suit Larry game, when Sierra changed their name to be Sierra.
When was I proven wrong? There wasn’t even a discussion of “ethics in games journalism” until I pointed that out.
Seriously, Angelpalm going off on those “trust fund trannies ruining the game industry by having the audacity to make a video game” is basically Gamergate in a nutshell. He’s not complaining about Vox Media. He isn’t complaining about Gamespot. He isn’t complaining game journalism.
If you have a problem with how Gamergate is looked at, take it up with him. Or just actually talk about ethics in video game journalism. That’s what it’s supposed to be about, right?
Anyway with any luck this movie will be good for some entertainment, though I tend to avoid shit based on real life as the concept is inherently flawed (“Yeah it based on real life, we gotta dramatize the fuck out of it but yeah it also still based on real life”.) It’s almost always propaganda (even good shit like Malcom X and Straight Outta Compton) because it’s authored/approved by the winners/survivors. Based On A True Story is one of my pet peeves of film.
BUT, the SVU episode was epic. And I would certainly like to see what else they get drastically wrong.
Man I love how I didn’t bring up anything about anyone ruining anything but somehow I am the poster boy for intolerance. I feel like I accidentally said the catlyn Jenner isn’t a hero.
