ZD Arcade Control Encoder And ZD ReMatch (PS3/PS2/PC) (The most cost efficient PCBs to date!)

Just tried it with my ps3/ps2 boards and the ps4 says I can’t use wireless ps3 controllers. This was on USF4 I’ll try MKX when I get a chance.

This is sad to hear.
I use a Zero Delay PS2/PS3/PC PCB as well, and I hoped to be able to use it with PS4, too.
Can others confirm, too?

Its the same for mkx thats how i found out bout it to work for the ps tv

Ive checked it and uploaded a vid to youtube it works for ps4 if you use a ps tv via ps4 link i played injustice and ive tried mkx and they both worked

Im interested in trying the new zd led encoder but wanted to find out if anyones tried it and does it work via ps3

You mean like this one with 3-Pin?

As far as I know, those boards are ready to be used with 5v leds, but I’m not so sure if it works with PS3.
That pic is for the Pc board.

Yeah thats the one

Fearless is right, it’s only a PC encoder. TimeHarvest sells a PC&PS3 pcb that supports everything you said: 5V leds (12 of them) & PS3 compatibility. BUT it is not the same brand as the “zero delay” and I’d be VERY careful of anything resembling the Xin Mo boards since they lag and are prone to all sorts of bugs (hence so many revisions of the same boards) . Bad news with timeharvest is it is another knockoff company that charges a lot for shipping fees and are only interested in large orders , that is unless you find it on ebay or similar.

Thanks for that

@Agieze Thanks for warning me about the Xin Mo. I nearly ordered that last week, and I couldn’t find any kind of documentation on lag.

Ive got a xin mo twin encoder that came fitted in my hanaho hotrod ive mixed reviews for it i tried setting it up for mame but for some reason it kept adding inputs and running on a ps3 it would work but playing a ps1 game like tekken it wouldnt recognise directions, when playing mkx on ps4 it finds it but i think it has the missing directions again so maybe not a good choice

Is anyone having issues with the PC not recognizing the USB? My board lights up Red but its not recognized as a device and also can’t re assign any buttons in USF4. I have the Rematch version

Have you tried another USB port on your computer?
Try to connect it the one of the back in the I/O panel, those ports have more power than the ones from the front.

Since my madcatz te pcb died I want to replace it with this Zero Delay. I’m a little confused with the different versions.

First of all I don’t care about ps2 compatibility I only need PC & PS3.

I found this one and it’s very cheap

Does it work with PS3 or only PC? Also does the “mode” button acts as a Home button for PS3 or only as a POV/Analog switch for PC?

Reports are that it works with ps3, but if you want the home button you will need the ps2/ps3/pc model.

Which site or ebay seller sell the tori pcb with Xbox 360 support??

Thanks I might look on getting the ps2/ps3/pc version. I don’t mind the slightly higher price but I prefer the cheaper because I have the impression (which it might be wrong) that the simpler the pcb the less chance to have input lag or other issues.

Also does anyone tried if these pcbs work with PS4? And of course I mean with the games that support the lab zero drivers such as usfiv.

They don’t work with the PS4 lab zero driver.

I don’t think that’s true at all. It’s all about the quality of the design, components, programming, and construction.

Did anybody get a chance to test the original ZD board, without the home button support, on the PS4 with the Lab Zero drivers?

In comparing both boards I find the Rematch version to have a number of minor flaws that all in all make me prefer the original (or the Cthulhu for home button support), so perhaps the PS4 incompatibility is particular to the Rematch version as well?
