Here’s the thing, with #8frames you are either worrying about f.mk SPD, dash ins, regular footsies, or jumps. It is hard to cover all of those options. Even when Birdie did c.mp, Gief was still right in Birdie’s face. Sure you have to deal with the meaty if the anti air is successful but at least you are point blank now. He had to jump at Birdie to win that match. We have to challenge Birdie AA to win the match.
