Yeah your gief is coming along nicely I must say. but it seems that towards the end of a match you crack under pressure. U had Manny a few times but threw it away for some reason. But again ur gief is coming along nicely.
Urs to Finalround_666, urs llinks has gotten a lot better but stop during crazy stuff sometime man. Just calm down during a match if ur losing, u get so frustrated at times man.

Thanks for the vote of confidence . I get so fucking frustrated during matches, especially when i drop a combo… i beat myself up alot. I train so hard at times and when i drop a combo or miss a spd it really affects my game. Sometimes i cant’ get over it and lose my calmness. I try to play solid as can be… … like i said, i try to play solid . Oh about, cr.lk, honestly, i’m too afraid to go for that because i don’t have it completely down yet and would probably drop it especially online but i guess that just an excuse. I will do my best to get better but i guess i just need to calm down and maintain my cool. Thanks and i will hopefully play with you more …

c lp c lk c lk to ex gh really isnt that hard to be honest, and is great for a mixup after a splash or low knees
u can mix it with a c lp c lk spd or c lk c lk ex gh or clk c lk spd or c lp c lk block and react/punish or c lp tick ultra
u just have alot of options off it, and if u do master the c lp c lk clk link, only moves like srks can actually interrupt it
i find tapping lk a little bit faster after the 1st one tends to link em more reliably, but not mashing fast, just how normally u have a rhythm to a link, just do it a lil more fast paced
its a shame my 360 got the rrod, otherwise id love to see what yall top giefs are doing

Endless is cool for training but I’m thinking teams with all the giefs on one side might be more benificital. Wouldn’t it be cool to get 5 giefs vs 5 hawks or guiles or dans for that matter that way you get exposed to multiple style of the char your up against and you can see how the other giefs in the room deal with them. Also and most importantly you don’t get stuck working on gief vs gief instead of learning the match up you really want to work on. thought???

I totally agree this is the best way to learning matchups eachother. I also was thinking the same as yours. look like it is ok to team with 5 good giefs . However I am not sure if it is possible to find out 5 good (guiles/abels/sagats…) at the same time ? So maybe invite some other good players with other charcters into the gief room is an option. for example 4 gief vs 1 ryu +1 abel+2guile

I have been giving gief a go recently and I have a a question:
What is the point of non ex 360 kick?
SPD does more damage if you’re near and that running attack is pretty useless in the non ex form.
I don’t get this move.

My non pro opinion is that it is pretty worthless for the most part, BUT if you had a guaranteed command grab punish i’d use it to give me better positioning over SPD without having to use up a precious stock of meter. Lets say a whiffed DP, etc. Lord knows Gief needs meter more now than ever…
