So I log onto to mvc2 xbox today and check out the all time leaderboards. I’m ranked number 4 with 4991 rating, one point away from mvc2 pringles. So I play a few rounds to try to hop to third. I have a good win ratio so I check the leaderboards again to see where I’m at. 79,456 with a rating of zero. It reset. I’m fucking pissed. Love marvel hate xbox.

I may have missed this, but has anyone experienced on line dropping moves? A few times I’ve done lk,mk,hk with cable to AHVB and the light kick just gets skipped. he starts with medium.

I have to second the earlier opinion for Mixup VS JMar from the Florida Tournament. One of the best matches ever.
I’d also say JMar VS Santos (?) from an Olympia Tournament in 2004…that was my first ever exposure to high level Marvel, and his comeback was siiiiiiick.

junior b vs. genghis finals @ ucla, shgl, or anywhere. They always seemed to play 2 sets up until the last couple of games. I think they played like in every final in so cal tournies for a year. Junior + david l made sscable the most dynamic team in the game from the diff ways they used it. Team has no true counters.
Soo vs. genghis various so cal grand finals. Always epic. Always went either way. Like genghis v. junior b. you would see marvel innovation at the highest level. new things would be discovered through the challenges they gave each other.
Sin vs. clockw0rk. Prob best cable ever. Nothing flashy. Just solid play and zoning + he created the team. Sin broke down s/d too easily.
Combofiend comebacks in gf. Ironman v. 2-3 whole characters and somehow he lands 5 infinites and wins. Experienced too many times for too many years. Too clutch.
