I’ve landed 2 AHVBs with hits connecting on a Storm at the top of the screen. It’s no secret knowledge, there are players out there that can do Cable’s infinite.

Also, not trying to take credit away from anyone on the West Coast or anything, but East Coast has people that analyze the game as well. The BH video was nice, but at CTF, all that is just common gameplay and BH has a lot of other unblockables and nasty strings that weren’t mentioned. It’s kind of foolish to think you’re the only that might actually try to spend time to test stuff out. Anyways, all of the current unblockables fall into the same categories, position state change, block release state change, or deep (meaty) that doesn’t trigger block state. While people may think block release unblockables are new, it’s been around since the mid 90s in all the KoF games (fireball->unblockable).

teach me magneto…:lovin:

sigh

I find that hard to believe. I’ve been keeping up with EVERY vid put out that has BH in it and I’ve NEVER seen the guard breaks, the possible BH unblockable from the launcher, the assist punishing tactics, the cross up using the floating RH demon, and so much other stuff done in a single match. Now maybe you’re just putting out vids of people playing old school BH in the vids that CTF IS putting out, but I HIGHLY doubt that. The only mention to anything that I was putting in my vid, that I heard an east coast player was doing B4 I put this vid out, was the switching in of BH into the infinite using drones.

And just for the record, even if what you say is true, and those BH users are handicapping themselves but not using this stuff when matches are being recorded, I don’t care. I didn’t make this video for SoCal and CTF. I made this for anyone wanting to learn someone other than the overly spammed big 4.

No one records it. I know it’s not for the areas where there’s high comp, that’s why I replied to all of Magnetro’s releases telling him that it’s a great way for people to gain knowledge who don’t have access to arcades/high level play. I gave congrats to Magnetro in FGD topic.

It’s like Sanford said in the East Coast Roast, when it’s time for the 5 on 5 things are set, but aside from that, everyone keeps everything to themselves so unless you are there in person you wouldn’t know it exists. Of course there are some killers in the EC that actually share knowledge such as Josh360 and Da Dragon. It’s like after placing in evo 02 David Lee didn’t travel that much (as far as I know), similarly, EC got a lot of killers that don’t travel.

Anyways, I posted cause people started fighting about who did what and that the West Coast invented everything, I just wanted to say that the West Coast didn’t invent everything, you also got East Coast, Midwest, etc.

This is why Marvel is the main event gentlemen! Evo2k9!:woot:

shut your fat-ass up…lol

Dont sleep on the south -_-V

Regardless of how many matches get recorded, there are certain things that are going to be done if it’s a really good tactic. You’re not going to see an IM going for something else when he’s got a damn good GB. You’re not going to see a storm foregoing her DHC to Sentinel repeatedly when she can just flat out kill a character. If you don’t see it happening in the vids that are posted, it’s probably b/c they don’t know about it.

On another note, no one was “fighting” about who created what and “west coast” blah blah blah. I posted something that someone else thought he’d be the only one to figure out and he went on an omni trip b/c he couldn’t believe that that was what happen just b/c one of the people involved in the video “was told about it” by him. Regardless of if that person knew, the fact still remains that I figured it out on my own, and he just couldn’t except it.

And just for the record, I never claimed that ANY of the stuff that I put in that tutorial was my own. I learned it on my own, but I didn’t say it was created by me. I honestly don’t care how many people knew it either. Just don’t give me that stuff about it being common knowledge. That elite type of talk annoys me when there’s a whole new group of people coming into the MvC2 scene that don’t know anything.

BHK, do you only have that Blackheart tutorial thingy? Or have you created other videos?

This is the first and probably only vid I’ll make.

Eldergod, that bh stuff isnt that common, to be honest theres only two blackhearts over here that ive seen do shit like that and its Sanford and Omar who stopped playing years ago but was WAAAY ahead of his time with BH. GJ on the vid to both bhk and magnetro, alot of cool stuff that i wasnt aware of, it makes me want to play BH hardcore.

On that who’s who note, I’ve seen south american vids where they link multiple Infernos together. If that is a 100% maybe it can be a part of the next BH vid 'cause BH vids deserve to live forever.

I don’t really care about the discussion, but I gotta say that the vid is truly awesome - th best char guide ever and even more impressive on having so much new stuff in a game that’s so explored. Also, BHKing, Magnetro and Fanatiq were all very helpful to me when I needed, so they’re all pretty cool in my book.

…okay?..
fact still remains that I didn’t assume I created it. But I did show Magnetro it. I fail to see a point to your post?

P.S. Always glad to help power333. And damn Josh, where was this Omar guy when I first started learning BH. I was seriously searching high and low for a starting point!

There’s a vid or two of him online but not really playing bh on point like usual. Look up combo fiend vs omar from eccX. He was by far one of the hardest marvel players to hit. Other then that the dude pulled off some pretty amazing stuff with the wave dashing cross ups and random infinite setups, he was even more dangerous cause he had the option of tech hit scimitarxxviper.

I found out how to wave dash with blackheart and iceman
