If you start it off with :l:, :m:, :s:, j.:h:, j.:s:, ~She-Hulk torpedo+dash~jump cancel~land, dash~jump cancel j.:h:, j.:s:, (wait until almost hits the ground) cr.:h: , :qcf::h:, into :qcf: :l:, cancel into gamma crush.

it does 852,900 damage can almost be used any where on screen unless you start it backed into a corner.

If you are backed into a corner you can change the :qcf: :h: into :s:, j.:h:, j.:s:, dash~jump cancel into gamma tsunami. It does 748,000 damage and will take them all the way across the level into the other corner.

also, if you know that you have their character in the corner or have pushed them into it by now in your combo you can change the :qcf: :h: into :s:, j.:h:, j.:s:, gamma wave :l:, gamma crush. It does 880,000.

Tested on multiple characters.

I have a question. When I do a combo and try to finish with Gamma Wave, when am I suppose to hold back for a charge on Gamma Wave? That’s the problem I have right now. I don’t understand how fast it charges. It’s quite different from the SSFIV charging system.

For example…Let’s say I do a combo and finish it with air M, air M, air H, and air S. Do I hold back when I land to charge for Gamma Wave or do I hold back during the combo?

Hulk have saved my ass against higher ranked players and I want to make full use of his combos…

You want to charge as soon as the :s: hits. If you hold back prior, you’ll get an aerial exchange combo. Once Hulk hits the ground I want for him to take half a step back and then release, that should be enough time. You can also crouch and hold back when you hit instead of taking the step back, either should work.

Right after pressing S. If you press it before the S you’ll either switch out characters or drop the charge anyways but if you wait till you land it won’t be enough time. Tap S and then immediately go to back and you’ll get it

A guaranteed air throw reset

Works only in corner though

Opponent recovers in the air you jump up to him and throw him and you get another full combo in the corner, you can also gamma charge then go into command grab when they recover in the air and if they recover to get out of the corner just follow them in the air for a air throw

Found another set of combos they are pretty assist specific. The assist needs to be able to hold the character or push them up higher into the air allowing your light Gamma Charge to be able to combo out of.

The following was done with Hsien-Ko’s pendulum assist:

Combo A
:h:+:a1:, :qcf::l:, :l:, :s:, :m:, :m:, :h:, :s:, dash cancel into Gamma Tsunami 702,300
or if in a corner finish with the usual light Gamma Wave into Gamma Crush 766,300
:note: the :l: after the :qcf::l: is not a follow up of the Gamma Charge!!!

can aslo tack on a j.:h: at the beginning of the combo to do 875,000

With some assists you will have to:

or if in a corner finish with the usual light Gamma Wave into Gamma Crush 810,300

Some characters instead of pressing :h:+:a1: or cr.:h:+:a1: at the same time you will need to adjust by pressing :h: delay and then press :a1: each assist has there own specific timing but I got them all to work midscreen and in the corner unless :noted:

AFTER MORE TESTING IT APPEARS THAT FOR CERTAIN ASSISTS THE OTHER CHARACTERS HIT BOX DEPENDS ON WHEN YOU’LL HAVE TO TIME OUT YOUR ATTACKS, MAKING SOME ASSISTS EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE FROM CHARACTER TO CHARACTER.

Figuring out the timing is up to you but works with the following assists:

So here’s something I’m working on, which I think will let Hulk easily combo off his :m: Command Throw (and maybe some slow air combos that don’t include :j::h:?) without the need for an OTG assist (just a regular assist will do)

Hulk can cancel his dash with a jump, and jumps can be canceled with a special move. You can actually Dash cancel into Gamma Wave, if you’re quick.

The motion looks like :db: (store charge), Dash + :a1:, :uf:~:f: :atk:

Hulk will launch forward then Gamma Wave. It OTGs, your whatever assist keeps them hanging and Hulk can continue the combo.

So after a command throw, you’d immediately Dash Forward + start holding :db:, then Kara Wave. I’ll play around with it some more soon and post some combos for it.

the thing with dash cancelling into gamma wave is that it’s inconsistent. I was toying around with it and what I found is that when you do

charge back
neutral + ATK+ ATK (dash)
up forward + ATK

for some dumb reason it works when facing left, but when facing right the game seems to remember you charging back and even though you let the stick go to neutral the game will dash back.

A lot of this stuff is cool, but like a few have said. Some of these combos really aren’t practical as far as the damage scaling. But extra hits do help add meter. Problem I have been having is with certain stings I have been trying and hit stun going crazy and forcing the combo to drop no matter what I do about it. Guess it is fair considering that you could take out almost anyone in the game with one big string from Hulk otherwise.

hmm you mention these combos working with doom plasma beam assist but wen i press H+Assist in various tmings > L gamma charge. there is no way or me to link st.L after.

any advice?

Found an xfactor combo with only hulk that works in the corner (and probably mid-screen with the right assist)

st.c xx Gamma Quake, xfc st.m, s, a.m, a.m, a.h, a.s, gamma wave xx gamma crush

does about 1.5mil, not sure off hand the lvl xfactor I was using, i think lvl 2. I’m pretty positive the gamma crush won’t carry assists, but gamma tsunami will.

Also Hulk can use Joe’s shocking pink assist in the corner for OTGs:
st.c, s+A1, a.m, a.h, a.s, (OTG), st.m, s, a.m, a.m, a.h, a.s, gamma wave xx gamma crush

Might have to reduce the air series by one to prevent hit stun decay, but if you start with a jump in, you reach hit stun decay really early, a starting attack without a ground bounce might negate that though.

also I’m pretty sure you can reach that amount of dmg using only 1 bar.

It appears that with certain assists, mainly beam assists it depends on the characters hit box that you are fighting for when you will need to hit :a1:, :h: making the combo EXTREMELY unreliable. When I was testing out all of the Assists I was just going through and using random characters to face against thinking that would be sufficient testing for which characters the combos would work on. Thank you for helping me realize this grave error, I will keep the information up but adjust it accordingly letting people know that although it may work with the assist it also may be extremely unreliable.

Also found out that you can OTG DHC after Hulk’s Gamma Crush. It’s overkill but you can do it with dorm’s lvl3 (and probably mag’s too).
