These are IMO the worst Swap costumes I have seen. Rufus’ SWAP costume is easily the worst, it just makes me hate Rufus even more and wonder why he was even made.
Chun-Li just looks awful.
Ken’s Swap looks cheesy and tacky.
Rolento’s Swap looks uninspired and disappointing, it’s like the designer didn’t know what Tekken character could fit Rolento and tacked on a Random costume from another fighter in the game with very little changes. Didn’t they think Sergei Dragunov could’ve had a great costume for Rolento?
Hugo’s Swap looks like they threw together random items for him because they couldn’t decide on a fighter to base the costume on.
I’ll detail why these are my top 5 and bottom 5 swap costumes later. I’ll also show what I think is the top and bottom 5 Alt costumes later as well.
They are just pictures of the leaked costumes, he’s not actually using them. OP might want to provide a link to where he got the images so we can form our own lists.
I didn’t, some XBOX users hacked the disk to unlock everything including characters and costumes. This link shows all the Swap and Alt costumes but Balrog’s and Zangief’s. Just look for the links that start with the character’s name, C2a means it’s the character’s 2nd costume from the front, C3a means it’s the character’s 3rd alt.

I felt Ken’s were well done, Bob’s alt. looks pretty neat too. Shame that Ryu still can’t ever seem to find himself good alt. costumes
Overall I really like Sagat’s swap (not alternate!) and both of Rufus’ outfits. With all the diff. color selections people will come up with some pretty crazy renditions
Marduk/Hugo twins will be weird to see… and yeah I’ll be trying that
I absolutely love Cody Policeman Alt.
I love how big the clothes are to him, making it look like he stole from Eddie E.
Also the Cap and he pain in the face are just badass
I’m surprised people don’t like that Bob one, I thought it was awesome. Also, hating on Panda Chun and Charlie Steve? That’s some absurd hating right there my brothers. Props to Capcom on the alts by the way, there wasn’t even enough of ones I distinctly found offensive to the eyes to fill up a top five.
