I put down $260 on my SFIV purchases which included on TE stick. If I don’t have my shit on the day of, please believe I will kick people in the chest to get my shit. I am walking out of there with a stick.

Most stores seem to have a ship date of 10th in their computers, not sure about a release date. If they have them a week before SFIV drops, theres no way they’re not selling them with SFIV on the 17th.

Well I understand the decision to make such small quantities in the beginning. SF4’s market appeal made sure to attract a casual gamer scene, and do you really expect a casual gamer to know what the fuck Sanwa’s are?
Fixed. Especially considering there are many cheaper alternatives that, to the untrained eye, are no different than the TE.

…and yes I did drop 150 on a TE, and not to mention the 200 bucks I dropped on a custom which I’m gonna be assembling this weekend. I have the steadiest of steady incomes.
The TE is a win win situation for anyone. Its a product that will never lose its value over time,and will probly go up.
Basically it is better to have it ,and decide you do not like it later because you can just resell at that point.
Huh. I thought I was being irrationally impulsive when I ordered the TE stick. Glad to see I was wrong.
On that note, I am glad that the demand for these things is so much higher than supply. Hopefully this is a good sign for how well SF4 will sell.

If Capcom found out Gamestop broke date, or any other retailer broke date, they could pursue legal action and pull all their product from GS shelves. Not to mention stop paying GS to advertise their products.

They only showed that my shipping would be over $100 AFTER confirming the order. I email them with the order number in accordance to their contact directions asking to switch to a cheaper shipping option (I’m willing to wait) or cancel the order. Two days later, I see the charge on my Visa and they haven’t answered me. I’m thinking of calling Visa to dispute the charge.
Yes. That’s exactly what I’m doing. It’ll be ~$30 cheaper than the TE stick ($40 if you’re buying the PS3 version.)
