Yikes. I pre-ordered my 360 Tournament Edition just last Thursday, and somehow this news makes me think I won’t receive it somehow…
I pre-ordered mine mon. night and the clerk told me that was the last day they were taking pre-orders. Gonna show up when they open on release day just to make sure I get it.

I’ll sell someone my pre-order for $200 since everyone is going so crazy on this. Now it isn’t paid off, you still gotta pay for the stick all you get from me is my pre-order receipt :looney:
Everyone acting like this is the only stick out there for the 360 or PS3, sure is nice though and just to think a couple months ago people were shitting all over MadCatz for charging $150 for a stick.
Pre-ordered from there earlier today. They told me, AFTER the order was submitted, that shipping to Edmonton would be over $100. I’m trying to either cancel the order or get cheaper shipping; I have my own stick already, so no BIG loss. I just also wanted one of these.
Luckily, I got the reserve pay at my local Gamestop before they stopped pre-orders. But $50 to reserve it? That’s nuts.
I,for one, hope they don’t make another batch later on. Even if wanted one and didn’t pre order (why did you all do that?) I would suck it up and go to Ebay before trying to hurt the people that put in the effort to get it first.

but the price for shipping was about 30 for 3 day to my area
and that came out to be around what I was paying gamestop after tax and 10 dollar shipping so I just left it. I’m 18 with no real expenses yet so whatever.
At least now I’m more confident I’m getting one than with gamestop.
Another thing people should know is that they charge your card immediately for pre-orders, unlike gamestop who charges when they ship. So don’t order if you don’t have the money now

I couldn’t of agreed more. I think it was pretty obvious that something of that caliber would become very limited and sell out very fast. You know what… I take that back. I don’t know about you guys but my Gamestop started taking pre-orders for it since October.
Too bad I just don’t have the money to get one, but I’ll just have to stick with my poorly ranked “S” HRAP2SA. Damn SF4 stick for being rated “SS”.
i preordered mine last year, after this news i put another 20 dollars on it to try and insure it gets where it needs to get (in my hands)

It was either this or riots were gonna start jumping off. But I’m not suprised that this happened anyway. Cause either there were going to be an excess of sticks or not enough to fill demand. So at least who won’t get them the 1st time around will have a second chance.
Go check how much it roughly costs to mod an HRAP and then factor in that this is a professionally made licensed product with labor, manufacturing and distribution costs. I don’t see how anyone can complain about this costing 150 dollars, I remember paying 100 for sticks that were GARBAGE with all plastic components back in the 90s.
Fact is, if it bothers you there are other options(Use a controller, mod a cheap stick, buy used or buy a cheap stick). And to complain about import fees in your country? lol, isnt that to be expected? I dont get pissed off that i end up spending 20-30 on top of the msrp when i import a brand new game from a place like playasia

Whats the quality of that stick? Is that any good?
Something tells me if they plan on making more, then the later batches may be rushed and the overall quality would be less than the original batches.

I guess its a lazy man’s stick the fact that you can swap parts so easy sold me on it. I have one for 360 reserved already. Whenever they do another round of reserves i grab one for ps3.
