Yes it is.
There is 2 versions now:
- Yatagarasu (original)
- Yatagarasu AoC JAEPO Build (original build without anything but arcade mode but with 1 new arena and englified commentators)
I paid for Beta access. But there is no news about when beta testing will start.

Got to play Legend of Raven at E3. I’m not sure if it was because it was a beta build or what, but the port still needed some work. Also they took a few liberties in design choices that are maybe a little misguided. It could turn out okay for not being AoC, but there’s still some ways to go.

I’ve taken an interest into playing this game and I don’t know if you guys want to get into a playing session in learning the game(possibly again) before AoC comes out to keep you hype. My Lobby will be named Soup so if you catch me let’s game up
You can just tweet Nyu-Media if you have questions. I asked them if they are going to release frame data and they said only to backers which is a pretty unfair advantage and is just asking to be uploaded.
Also has anyone figured out what’s so good about Kou? Seems like she’s just a weaker version of Crow. The only thing she has going for her is her fireball super.
I’ve looked up some videos on Nico and there is a JP scene (As with everything else) and they seem pretty competent at the game. Chadha and Jet are very popular though.

I didn’t know about the game when it was accepting donations. Also if they’re going to be like that then I’m not sure I want to support them in the first place.

ah yeah that’s right… I guess I’m used to greenlit games immediately being available on the steam store. what are we waiting on? the game to get out of closed beta?
Greenlight only means they have permission to release the game onto Steam. They’re apparently aiming for a Summer 2014 release but it’s up to the developers to release the game. I’ve seen games being Greenlight back in 2012 when the system was released and only been on the Steam store just recently.
in an email or blog (i forget) they said they’re now aiming at a late summer release.
