That link seems to be the only place to find good info on how to get the game running. Wish I knew about it before.
Did you make an American qq account or a Chinese one?
Changed servers like you guys mentioned and it’s way better. Can’t believe how good some of these connections are considering it’s China/USA. My internet isn’t the best either. This netcode is out of control.

I don’t think I’m leaving the XD server, if for nothing else because I fucked up my ID on the other one (it’s just a nonsensical string that I put in when it wouldn’t accept any name I wanted to use and got frustrated).
Any place with some info like bnbs and such? I’m still pretty new to SNK style games so I don’t know exactly what to look for. Struggling to figure out some solid damage and game plans with some characters.
KoF combo flow is universally normall > command normal > Special/Super. Sometimes your character will have a special move that launches, so you have to figure out juggle properties, but for the most part that should do you just fine.
Basic examples:
Yan: cl.C > f.A xx QCF+A > f+A > f+A
Brazel: cr.B > cr.A > f.A xx QCF+P > f+B > QCFx2+P
Ell Blue: cl.C > df.B xx QCF+P > QCB+D > QCB+D
I don’t like how only one character has access to roll cancelled normals and ex moves…seems like he is the only finished character in the game.
If Ell Blue, Brazel, and Cloud are unfinished then I can’t imagine how they’d play ‘completed’. Yan’s offensive guard rolls don’t seem to serve the same function as in 2002 (namely for beating GCCD) since you can link a cl.C off even a random cr.A xx AB. From what I feel, it’s almost useless that he can do this since you could buffer his cancelable normals into one of his EX moves. But even with his EX moves, only EX DP and EX qcb+P are good. The EX rekka is outclassed by the launcher in hitconfirms, and an offensive roll from a single cr.A nets more damage and is safer. EX hcb+K doens’t so much special, and the EX teleport is kind of a gimmick (in fact, his normal counter seems shit).
His bigger problems are his laggy D normals, his difficulty getting in against projectile zoning, and that some of his frametrap options can be mashed out of. His 90% stun 1 bar corner combo makes up for this, though.
About the brazilian portuguese guide, he explain well, except the cd key part that redirects to a facebook group to sell keys for 6 R$ (3 Dollars I think) or the other homepage that was cited before here I guess.

If that were the case he would be top tier, but he’s not. Chin having drink in KoFXIII doesn’t make him a better character because he has more mechanics. If anything, EX moves and offensive roll cancels do nothing but make Yan a much more meter heavy character than the rest of the cast.

Does this game have KOF style shortcuts. Im really struggling with inputs in this game. KoF is a breeze for me though.
Man, the chat censors anything it suspects of being a URL, even if it’s not ("-com", “-org”, and presumably “-net” are all blocked)…
Also, how can I tell if I’ve bought out a character completely?
