Sony confirmed no drm they will allow publishers to decide. Most of the people getting PS4 will probably be anti-drm so adding something like that could be company suicide. I hope you are not an activision or EA fan because games from them will most likely have drm on both consoles.

TotalBiscuit isn’t the best example. The guy is primary a PC gamer and PCs never had a secondary market.
He also made a a 30 minute video claiming that getting rid of used games and restricting consoles and discs is wonderful with really bad anecdotal “proof” and and has been vocally dissenting to anyone who says otherwise even including people who actually work at Sony.
Whats the actual argument though?
Microsoft is attempting to re-write the rules that say something used doesnt depreciate in value on the strength of DRM. Once its been used the value should go down. Its not new, its used, someone had their dirty hands all over it first. I shouldnt have to pay the same price, if thats the case whats the incentive to buy a scratched up disc with a torn up wrinkled booklet when I can get my own shit brand new?
A used game might as well be an article of used clothing. Its not worth the same value because its been worn by someone else no matter how you spin it this is the type of greed that wipes companies out. Never would I have imagined that Microsoft would really crusade to charge the next guy for a game his buddy already bought.
