Lost Planet 2 is taking a beating in early reviews so far, mainly 6/10s. The game not being as good in single player is a legitimate complaint, but a vast majority of sites knocking it are basically crying about it being too difficult/not enough save points.
I don’t give a damn about what they say, if I could play just one game the rest of this year, it’d be LP2. 3 more days!

I really don’t either. Eventually the game ‘clicks’. LP2 clicked for me when I discovered sprint. My whole game changed from that point forward. LP2 is just a third person shooter with heavy emphasizes on co-op at a higher learner curve than most.
My only beef is that you still can’t jump and shoot your grappling hook. I know they are trying to keep it from being like Bionic Commando but I mean damn.
Haha man agreed. First thing I did when I played the demo with Gasa and JGreen was jump and try to shot the grapple hook. Was like “damn still can’t do it.”
Anybody pick up Zeno Clash UE on XBLA? Game is really bizarre but very good.

Does anyone have Brutal Legend on 360? Kinda need achievements for online multiplayer. The scene is dead for this game online. Which kinda sucks. Its pretty fun. imo.
i think ive read a total of 3 reviews on it and the main complaint has to do with flawed/inconsistant/ or non sensical gameplay mechanics.

Shoot 1up on community/indy games. $1 shmup and one of the more unique ones I’ve ever played, and a great challenge at high level.
Deadly premonition is so bad that it’s good. Easily worth $20.
People are really hating on lp2 and its controls. I don’t have a problem with them at all based on the demo. The forced co-op sucks, though.
well it’s not forced, it’s just not worth playing if you don’t do co-op. If you don’t have people to play with I will be getting it on both systems if you wanna get a session going.

EA Sports Locks Out Multiplayer Modes on Used Sales
I don’t know if this was posted before but this will go into effect starting with Tiger Woods 11. I haven’t bought an EA Sports game in a loooong ass time so this doesn’t change anything for me but I’m sure people are raging and will continue to rage about it.
I really enjoyed the last Tiger Woods on Wii. Will not be buying 11 based on this alone.
From what I was getting from it…this mostly effects PS3 and 360 owners…not sompletely sure on that though.
