Bay Optimus is a straight-up murdering sociopath… Optimus in every other incarnation that wasn’t a flat-out evil alternate version loathes taking lives, and only fights because there is no other choice.
Don’t get me started on Bayformers… Fuck Michael Bay.
I didnt really liek thsi movie. it had some really cool scenes, but failed overall. For one thing why was mystiq even in this movie.

For her alleged “star power” and since this is her last movie on her contract, they had to minimize the paint and use electroshock to get her to say her lines.
Unless you hate the designs there isn’t any wrong with BayTurtles.

Granted, I wouldn’t watch it still even if you said “yes” to that. I just find the specific distinction interesting.
I agree even though I know relatively little of Transformers as a whole if we’re not talking about what I vaguely remember from Beast Wars.
That said, much like the Wishmaster series, there was at least one noteworthy line from this franchise that I find legitimately amusing in the form of that “Give Me Your Face” line:

Bay Turtles aren’t horrible. I don’t really care about the Turtles on more then a superficial level, but the movie is totally watchable other then the Turtles themselves looking pretty bad.

Compared to something like Transformers, TMNT is much more watchable.
turtles is also far more accurate. it actually pays respect to all forms of the franchise…and isnt limited to like the first arc of the turtles comic. there are references to the movies,cartoons,toys and games all in the first movie and the second looks like its gonna do that times 10. its also clear the franchise listens to the fanbase and has made changes based on complaints on the first movie…they didnt need to. they are gettin mad money from kids…but are actually listening to fans.
I saw it, it was alright. Practically any of the script in this clip included would have kicked it up a few points for me but it was still alright. 7/10 DOFP still overall the best of this trilogy similar to X2 with the originals. Visually aces all around, if anything glad to finally see the X-Men in colorful costumes.

Singer wants a Mystique Solo Movie aka probably the movie he’s wanted to make the entire time instead of X-Men movies.

A Mystique solo movie would be pretty bad. Not as bad as that crazy feminist chick claiming the Apocalypse trailer “promotes violence against women”, but still pretty bad.
So it seems the movie is bombing pretty bad at the box office. It’s currently clocked in @ $281.5 million at the box office, and it’s already been in theaters for a week (and even longer in several other countries). So far it hasn’t even gathered what the first X-Men movie did in 2000 (which was the lowest grossing X-Men movie), and I find it hard for them to even break $500M at this point.
But hey, they have JENNIFER LAWRENCE amirite guys?
I enjoyed it. Both Fox and Marvel have done great Quicksilvers. Need more of him in future installments.
