After reading about the âcontroversyâ and seeing the crusade against the billboard on social media I canât help but laugh at the stupidity. In other words a villian can be a villain so long as he doesnât attack a woman. I guess equality is treating women with kids gloves.

To be as âfairâ as possible with regards to her connection to Grindhouse, though, she was in Planet Terror, not Deathproof. Deathproof was the more âfeministâ of the two, even if McGowanâs character was ultimately the protagonist of Planet Terror.

Iron Man 2 by far. I donât care what anyone says, it was a solid, decent entry.
While Iron Man 3 was just summer action fluff. Something they shoved out to theaters to make some quick cash. So many things wrong with that movie. Plus they pissed away a GOLDEN opportunity to revitalize one of Iron Manâs primary Villains. I was so hyped for the new mandarin and what they didâŚOMG. fâin morons.
I shall always maintain that the (1) good thing about IM3 is that, as stupid and disappointing as it was, it was a very self-contained movie. That did NOTHING to advance or in anyway, connect to the Avenger-verse or MCU. So weâre safely able to forget it never happened without any consequences. Even all the hoopla about Starkâs PTSD hasnât been mentioned since.
Yet another example of the 3rd entry in the series being the one to ruin a promising trilogy.
Iron Man 3 had its consequence in the fact Tony didnât need the reactor to live on, if it wasnât for that Cap would have killed him with his final blow in Civil War.
People like McGowan make it hard to root against Apocalypse. The Earth (the US anyway) are being ruled by the weak.

In fairness to Iron Man 3, they left it open that the real Mandarin could still be brought in.
They had already established that the Ten Rings were a terrorist organisation in the first movie and Killian just used the Mandarin name as a ploy and a misdirection tactic.
