As for Old Man Logan, I hope he stays and original Wolverine stays dead. The last few storylines ruined his character and Laura as Wolverine in her new solo book has been one of the best new titles post Secret War.

Quicksilver is once again made stupidly overpowered to the point where the confront against Apoc little sense.

(Yeah, FOXâs version of Quicksilver is closer to how overpowered The Flash should be in anything than actual Quicksilver.)
As such, as shit as Singer is, even an actually talented director and screen-writer would be hard-pressed to not have a characterâs who power is super speed not destroy the plot unless there was some actual drawback to it. The problem with X-Men Quicksilver (and any version of The Flash) is that there simply isnât.
At least in Days of Future Past, you make the excuse that he was a minor whom they didnât want to get in any more potential trouble than already breaking a world-class criminal out of the Pentagon. Iâm not sure what the excuse here is, if any, for him not being able to play at least some pivotal role in murking Ivan Ooze Apocalypse. Shrug.

yeah flash in theory is one of the most broken characters ever. he should have gundam level plot armor like batmanâŚbut doesnt. the character can literally take peoples ability to move in any sort of way and thinks faster than anyone can.
