Kitsch is box office poison. After John Carter and Battleship flopping I don’t see any major studio investing in him as a lead.
And Battleship was just a bad movie.
john carter is a fun movie if people actually gave it a chance. old school save the princess adventure type.
Yeah John Carter wasn’t bad. Kind of like The Lone Ranger. Both huge budgeted flops that weren’t too bad really. I liked both.

Fox close to making a deal with Marvel to allow them to do an X-Men TV show
After how poorly F4 did Marvel better play hardball over letting Fox use the TV rights. They gotta need something in return.
After F4 I’d be like “No, HELL no! After that abomination, we ain’t doing shit with you. Give us back our rights or go fuck yourselves. You aren’t even getting the Sony deal.”
Let’s be real, yall know this movie is going to make a killing overseas. As much as we want Fox’s hold on the franchise to die in a fire, it will be a long time before we see this ship sink

They are great actors, but the movie series is still shit.
A movie series that should end with the Apocalypse movie. Unless there was an announcement about a 4th (or 5th) that I may have missed.

Not completely, but I do see them wrapping up the Trilogy with this one, especially if it doesn’t do as well as DOFP.
If that were the case they wouldn’t have recasted the X-Men team. The goal is to make this team the new one moving forward. On top of that Gambit is tying in and Deadpool around…yeah no, it isn’t ending.
