“Euro player prize” is a prize for dudes living and playing in Europe. If you’re from Botswana and claim the old romanian passport of a friend of your grand uncle as valid for Euro contest, I think it will not be accepted. So we’re all citizen of the world, and heaven as no boundaries, but if you play the game in europe and you live there, yes in this case only you’re good for euro prize. In the end, your case seems not valid at all.
