I do not. I live in Illinois, but I’m in Wisconsin going to school the majority of the year. I figured there wouldn’t be many people too enthusiastic about playing fighting games at a competitive level in or around Platteville, so the next closest city would be Madison. Hopefully some of guys who started playing there will throw a few posts about where/when they play. If not ill just have to play online and try to make it out to Milwaukee here and there.
Sorry I’m missing out on tonight. Just have been busy and wanting a night at home to unpack and relax. Will be back at them next week.

I was really hoping shizza would have made it into top 4. I was pumped to see Chun in the top 8. Does anyone play virtua fighter? i love that game but It’s a very superficial kind of love. I never played it competitively, just for fun. I always liked the way VF played, i usually play fighters with that hit and run style and I think that’s why I like Chun Li. I dunno. I can bring it next week, maybe it’ll go over better than TvC does

Sorry I’m so finnicky with showing up to fight nights or not. Unfortunately I’ve been really busy with work, which keeps scheduling me for overnight shifts which fucks up my off days schedule. Also, my car is dangerously close to collapsing so driving 30 miles into Milwaukee makes me nervous. =(

GG’s Munn3y my Ryu always fucks up at the most critical moment but I feel like I’m closing in on you and I’m getting better with the matchup. I almost like the matchup between Cody and Rog better. I seem to win more consistently with Cody. That may be due to you not knowing the matchup tho. Cody has so many good tools to work with. Why did we forget to play HDR?

True, but I’d like to be able to practice my combos, execution, etc. anytime I want to. Also, I enjoy many non-fighting games, such as God of War, Metal Gear Solid, etc., so the PS3 is a natural fit. Plus, it doubles as a Blu-Ray player which is really nice.
I am happy I was able to be the punching bag at Jerry’s last night. I think I went 0-25. No joke.
