no, in the animal kingdom, babies are fair game. Predators don’t go after the biggest, baddest prey, they go for the weak, the old and the young. You can’t expect animals to have “honor”.
Play to win.
Another incredibly violent animal is the chimpanzee; this animal will go out and hunt the babies of other enclaves to eat them. They will also eat baboon babies if given the chance. So if you plan on having a pet chimpanzee, go fuck yourself and don’t be so stupid.
Raziel and Pertho know wtf they’re talking about:tup:
just trying to lighten the mood up a bit
I saw a video of a male chimpanzee run to a female, steal her baby, then climb up to a try while beating it around along the way with one hand. It then proceeded to literally dismantle the baby with its bare hands like it was made of legos.
Alphaphlex, honestly, your dogs look so much scarier than my pit bull.

don’t ask how my pit broke the table, nobody knows to this day.
^ damn, I just posted something to cheer people up and now you got me down.
Chimpanzees are vicious when they practice warfare. Scared the shit out of Jane Goodall when she found out about it.
Alfaphlex: Awesomely cute pictures.
People are usually black/white about them. They’re either “really cute teddy bears”,“oh he looks like a lion, how cute” or they’re like “oh shit, that motherfucker looks like a lion” and they cross the street half a block away:lol:
Wow, you can just see it in his face. He KNOWS he fucked up
Pertho, thx:wgrin:
Protip: don’t buy puppies from pet stores or backyard breeders. There’s no telling what kind of background the dogs have (health, personality, or temperment), and you’re only supporting puppy mills or backyard breeders. If you want a puppy, find a professional breeder that breeds dogs to better the breed (you can usually find breeders through AKC referrals or AKC clubs related to said breed). Good breeders will have a pedigree of the puppy’s background and they’ll come fully vaccinated and everything. Aggressive behavior is never kept in breeding lines. Yeah, you’ll have to pay close to $1000 or more for a nice, healthy pup with a good pedigree.
If you want a dog, go rescue one from a shelter. Everyone wins.
Sadly, people are too stupid to follow the above, or they’re just dumb, ghetto mother fuckers that don’t know how to take care of pets. You get what you pay for when you typically get a dog, and in regards to pits, most of these owners probably get them from backyard breeders, puppy mills, or worse. Reality of the matter is that the dogs were bred for fighting, so its in their nature to be aggressive. However, that’s not to say all pits are aggressive, because an establish breeder will weed out any kind of aggressive nature in the breeds. I can guarentee you these dumb niggas/beaners/whatevers that get pits to look hard sure as hell didn’t get them from a reputable breeder.
Like all dogs, it will still require proper training.
that’s why white dudes make black friends, so they can look hard!
see if you can find a black guy that’s chewed off a baby’s bollocks while you’re at it
I never knew your amazing av was of your actual dog. That makes it even better.
I was very weary about having a dog around my son unless we’d raised it since it was a tiny baby. And we haven’t had an issue.
Anyway, on point, it seems like a huge problem is that most people are just as stupid with animals as they are with children. I’ve owned a pit-bull rottweiler mix and he was fucking awesome. He’d rip your fucking face off if he didn’t know you, but he was perfect around everybody because he was trained and he was socialized. He’s not with us any more, and I have a new dog. She’s a german pinscher. Sweetest dog I’ve ever known, and she’s perfect around my son, and my fiance, except for jumping on them once in a while. She craves attention. Still trying to get that one under control, but she’s the perfect guard dog, and great with guests and kids. I believe she’s that way because of how we raised her. SHe wasn’t left in the back yard for days on end, or tied up to a runner etc. She was taken care of. She was kept around people so she could socialize and learn what is and isn’t acceptable. A lot of these people who own pits do nothing but keep them chained up and try to train them in a very piss-poor manner, and that leads to problems. While I do think that pits are more prone to aggressive action (If you don’t believe that, I really think you’re fooling yourself) there are ways around that, and that’s via socialization. You can’t keep dogs isolated and expect them to act right.
Here she is, btw. Her name is Georgia.

That’s her with my son.

She’s vicious.
All three of the dogs are adorable. But you guys are taking care of the dogs properly; and that is the problem. These threads about pitbulls are started by that great part of Shoryuken that can’t comprehend anything past a 4th grade reading level. Your information is useless because nobody is going to take any time to think about it.
A dog that I’m sure is going to cause some violence is a friend’s boxer/pitbull mix. The thing is incredibly pretty; but instead of putting his foot down at his biting and jumping, he would just let it do both because they deemed it playing. That dog tried to play that game with me and I shoved it a good 15 feet across the room. Dog didn’t do it to me again. Unfortunately my friend didn’t take the hint about it and let it go bit some chick’s flip flops. This guy is not poor by any definition of the word. Dumb ass people across all spectrums.
Sounds charming.
yo if you wanna roll like a true g you gotta run with these dogs.
No one will fuck with you ever again
some straight g shit son!!!
Seriously, this…again?
You’re a stupid ass motherfucker.
…guess your shit got pushed in @ some point, the internets = your opinion matters.
Now you’re getting it.* And knowing is half the battle.*
lol These threads are hilarious.
How did any child managed to survive the pre-everything-is-dangerous-and-parents-should-have-an-all-seeing-eye era?
I find it funny how people instantly jump to one side or the other in these threads, as if they’re magnetized to one view instinctively. The mother may have not done the “smartest” thing, but I wouldn’t expect that one would normally be cognizant of their pet possibly attacking their child mid-slumber, let alone a “placid, kind, and loyal” pit bull.
I can also assume that she was accustomed to the dog’s temperament around her and her child, which is why her guard was let down. I’m sure there are countless scenarios occurring right now where a parent is sleeping adjacent to their baby and nothing happened. I wouldn’t be surprise if even one of your good/hardworking parents have done similar things, albeit, not the wisest decision.
Now the paradox I’m constantly seeing is that-
“Pitbulls aren’t dangerous!”
BUT
“The mother was sooooo stupid, she has a pitbull in the house and should’ve realized the danger!”
Point is, this was a tragic accident that could’ve been prevented, but I don’t put this on the equivalent of leaving a baby in bathtub to watch paternity results on Maury.
True. I view it as natural selection. I’m sure the mom will be pregnant with another kid again within a year though.
