No, no, it was definitely a shit game. Some of the specials in that game were just outright atrocious and everyone fought with gorilla arms martial arts. At 1:43 you can see one of Wonder Woman’s amazing special moves that made me quit the game.
OH GOD, this game alone made me hate the sega cd as a whole forever.
I played the NES version of a boy and his blob and that game made my 8 year old brain explode. Another notably horrible game was Home alone for the NES and Home alone 2 for the SNES, both were utter garbage.
On the other side of the spectrum Home alone for the Genesis is one of my favorite games of all time, zooming around on the sled and setting up traps and making weapons was just baller as hell, so much replay value. Streets of Rage 2 was baller as hell as well.
Ironically enough, Sonic Chronicles also features the absolute worst soundtrack of all Sonic games, if not video games in general. Listen to this awesome song:

Then listen to how Bioware butchered it in Sonic Chronicles:

It’s a DS game that has worse sound quality than an Atari game. Pathetic.
cyborg justice was a huge let down, it had so many good features and they were all put in a TERRIBLE game. I stand by that being my “worst” game ever. Maybe if i had no expectations for it, i would not have even cared it wasn’t that good, but my expectations were through the roof for it my fault for being a dumb kid i guess.
Oh yeah, the first Street Fighter was terrible… I loved the music and that was basically it. Control was inconsistent at best…like you had to put in some hard work just to get Ryu to jump or throw Hadouken.
Space Giraffe had some of the ugliest graphics I’ve ever seen on a Live Arcade-released game. It’s like someone ate a rainbow and puked it up on a tv screen, and the graphics were created from that. Really, just take a look at this nonsense: Wouldn’t some folks have seizures while playing that? The visuals in that game actually hurt my eyes if I look at it for more than a few seconds. Terrible, man. I’m not even sure what hurts the eyes more… the graphics of this game or those VirtuaBoy games back in the day. It reminds me of that scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark when the Nazi guys faces melted off because they looked at the Ark.
Oh and this thread is a perfect time to throw out my usual warning— please avoid Destroy All Humans: Path of the Furon. Even if someone wants to sell it to you for exactly 1 cent, don’t waste that penny. It’s years later and I’m still bitter about that game.
Thank you for reminding me those crap disney games
Chip and Dale rescue rangers comes into my mind.
But seriously one of the worst games for me was Spiderman return of sinister six, frustrating controls, horrible level desing, lame attacks, even i remember the horrible music from the first level omg…since then i lost all faith in superheroes games.
The 8 bit gen had great games but also the worst games ever in history of gaming and the system was saturated with horrible games, these times are not the same really.
Well, maybe you are right it wasn’t that bad but i didn’t like the Nes disney games until The Magical Quest (Snes), did you play that bugs bunny game in his 50th aniversary (i think)? you always get hit when you attack some enemies lol.
Also some people will hate me but i didn’t liked robocop 2 because Kain was a pain in the ass and some stages were frustrating for me (specially the ones with mobile platforms).
MK 1 for the game boy was awful for me lol, because of the poor hit detection…nah every mk game for handhelds was horrible (sorry for the generalization)
