Shingo wasnt straight terrible in XI, he had a damn good LDM and he had some big damage. He was mid tier.

I recall Kasumi having a lot of problems in KOFXI.
Interestingly enough, Kasumi is a complete monster in 02UM.

Just because characters are bad doesn’t mean they aren’t fun. I love Tizoc and he’s garbage in every game he’s in but I still use him.

Tizoc isn’t garbage in XI

He is D Tier if I remember the tier list correctly for KOF XI. But he wasn’t as bad as he is in Garou I agree with that.

Not to mention, most of Roll’s normals have her vulnerability box stick out further than her attack box so it’s easy to hit her out of her attacks. In MvC2 there are only two buffs that I know of.

Boss Marie from Skullgirls (not the beta version) automatically dies if you cheat to play as her.
