Tizoc was B tier. Anyone with with exceptionally good command grabs for some reason or another was automatically viable because of the lack of alternate guard and everyone being command grab-able on welcome after a partner died.

A more recent example of a crappy character in a fighting game would be Jason in Mortal Kombat XL. Jason has lag written all over him. All of his variations are garbage. This is why nobody uses him in Top 8 (FYI, he’s just not viable).
Also, Lucky Chloe is s*** tier in Tekken 7 despite already being immediately hated by the Western FGC. She shares her spot with Gigas (who is basically a Replacement Scrappy of Marduk).

That’s a pretty big thing. You’re talking about a character that couldn’t even hit someone, which doesn’t exist outside of MUGEN. That said, everything in MvC2 and MvC3 kills, so being low tier in those games may get close enough to what you’re saying.
I just mean in general. Everyone is saying just names…outside of linked videos we don’t know why they sucked.
Take for instance a couple people said Roll - if she had more health that wouldn’t help her hitbox problem.
Anyway, I thought it would’ve been fun at least.
Roll had zero range. She couldn’t even chip damage you with her super projectiles… Her whole super did like 2 points chip damage.

Go watch Hokuto no Ken arcade fighting game, everyone is broken as fuck with infinites and other shit, and still you have low tier characters that outside some really outstanding players are helpless against the ++S tier characters Rei and Toki

Sentinel and Storm in Marvel deuce
They all have mechanics that control neutral in ways that no character can get around.
