also comic editors are known to lurk there and a few guys have been hired off of that site

(And before you ask, no, I’m not a fan of MLP at all, it’s too goddamn calculated)
From my persective, it has been dominated with too much anime deviants(anime isn’t bad thing, but shouldn’t be the only mainstream art) and not much other artstyles. Combine with the people who habiat the site(aka preteen), the site has a pretty awkard community. Honestly there are good artists(a lot of comic artist post there) in Deviantart, but they don’t really get enough attention as they should. Whatevers, I guess we have to agree to disagree at this point.
P.S. You art isn’t that bad. Deviant Art has freaking 13 year old posting art that they draw on MSpaint without much art skillz and knowledge(which why I can’t stand it time to time).
Sheezyart was worse than Deviantart. Sheezy it was a mixture of amateur Flash “artists” (who all suck btw) and poor anime fan-art drawn on college ruled note book paper. Place was easy to fuck with back in 05’, but it seems C-cat stepped up the security around the site which is waste since noone visits the site anymore.
