Well after reading everyone posts I guess I don’t need to ask a question anymore most of them are answered heh, but the match that I get psyched out on is cammy. Just adding in my two cents heh.
My hardest matchups are easily Guile and Viper. Guile can keep Cody zoned out for a long ass time and it’s hard to get in on him, even with EX Ruffian. Viper, as much as I hate to call her a character you can “play random and still win” with, that’s kind of true when it comes to Cody. You can use c.MK to low-profile under burn kicks (which I’ve found to be incredibly helpful; use it just as you see the fire, and you can usually slide under and get a punish) but otherwise she goes to town on him.
Trying to think of a character who can beat those two in particular that I could use as a secondary based on that. Still struggling to find someone who clicks.

Playing a good Guile with Cody is a serious headache, the painstaking headache of slowly pushing him the corner to get slapped in the face with an ex Flash kick or a throw and the rounds basically over
