Are you sure that isn’t a hidden level in Mortal Kombat 3?
I think some of you guys are really missing the crap factor on some games. Anyone else remember Urban Champion for the NES? Two moves. Punch high or punch low. Punch a guy three or four times, he rolls off the street, you walk a block and rinse wash repeat. To I thought this game was awesome when I was 7. :nono:
But there are so many other gems from that era. Ever try playing one of the judo games on the FDS? The computer rapes me before I can even figure out the controls.
There are other winners after that era of course. Fight Fever anyone?

The loser would be eaten by a shark swarm around like Jaws, even though there was no water
It had TERRIBLE music also.
Tongue of the Fat Man/Mondu’s Fight Palace. But I might be wrong. I’m doing this from memories of an old egm magazine, not Google.

How about Urban Champion?
Urban Champion (アーバンチャンピオン) is a 2-player fighting game produced by Nintendo in 1984. It was inspired by the 1984 Game & Watch title Boxing (also known as Punch-Out!!). It is also Nintendo's first 2D fighting game, eventually followed in 1993 by Joy Mech Fight, released exclusively in Japan for the same platform. The purpose of the game is to knock the other player into a sewer manhole. There is a 99 second time limit, and the player has a set limit of stamina (200), both of which are represent...

Not even close.
This isn’t the best game ever, but it belongs nowhere near a “worst game ever” thread.

I’d actually consider that better than some versions of 2D MK just for the fact that the characters actually have different normals.

… you just lost my respect.
 I just died inside.
For me I disliked Power Stone, I just couldn’t get into the 3d madness.
