Would it be a program that only modded ps3’s could run, or would it run under linux?
I am not sure why the ps3 isn’t the homebrew emulation developers wet dream at this point.

More games were released a couple of days ago. There is quite an assortment out there now. The only thing is that these roms are different from those previously released. These are meant to act as CHD files in Mame and in other emus. CHD support will be coming to NullDC-Naomi shortly. Games released in the Mame 0.127u3 release are:

How stable is the scene atm? I am waiting for Beta - Post, how close are we? Is it worth jumping in right now, or should hang back a little longer?
Most of the games are running perfectly with minor glitches in NullDC-Naomi and some are even running perfectly. I just went ahead and tested some other games and had no problems :bgrin:.
Also, just an fyi, some of those roms that were posted in my last post are Naomi 2 games and will not run at this point since Naomi 2 is not cracked yet, hopefully soon. If you want to be able to run Naomi 2 later on remember that Naomi 2 is twice as powerful as Naomi and 4x as powerful as DC.

I’m looking forward to actually getting to try out some of these Japan-only fighters… I’ve been curious about stuff like the Rumble Fishes, but HnK sounds sooooo awesome.
for all those wanting AC, maybe we could ask around or check with ours peers see who has an actual Accent core gdrom+cart and loan it to guru to get it dumped.
im pretty sure accent core would already be working if it wasnt for this.
i have checked with some folks who know others with the game but they just never got around to it?
i guess people will be more intrested in doing so once naomi emulation is more mature.
e.g. source code released to be freely avaible to be ported onto stuff like fba.

I wonder if that kind of “maturation” would ever even happen before more games are already dumped and just waiting, itching to be played. It adds more concrete motivation, as you will.

Sure, get me a gd rom and security chip and I can have it dumped :bgrin:. Hopefully (most likely) the next game we will see is AA. Reason being is because it just came out yesterday at Club Sega and also is officially coming out this coming Friday. They’d just need it for a day to dump it. Once dumped they could sell it for the same price they bought it for so that’s no prob. Believe me, I REALLY want AC but I need a gdrom and security chip. If anyone could get AC and/ or also KOF XI for AW and is willing to let us borrow or donate it to us that would be great. Thanks.

I hate to this to happen, but seems to be the only way, any chance there will be a dump of Melty Blood Actress Again, I want the game to do well commercially, but unless its ported to the ps2 or ps3, or pc etc, soon, we would never be able to play it, so hoping they get that working : /.

This seems to be the next game in the line up to get dumped. Reason being is since it is a new game it is easy to come by and purchase. The dumper only needs the game for a couple hours to dump the disc. After that he can return the game or sell it at the same amount he bought it for.
FBA? You mean Final Burn Alpha? I don’t see support for it in that for some time. After we have taken out all the drivers we needed to run the roms and gotten rid of all the hacks for graphics, sounds, and such then you should see it in there.

Naomi input update (for vista/configurable input/games with non working input)
now you can configure Player1 buttons in Naomi nullDC… Player2 buttons still don’t work tho :<
I’ve just came.
Is anyone else besides me having problems with Melty Blood after the input update. Everytime I attack my opponent, the whole screen or half of the screen has a white glitchy flash.
Could some one pm me with some help on where to obtain some of these, I had no idea they were even being emulated and I really would like to try out HNK and some of the others. Sorry for being ignorant, I tend to float in and out of emulation, only a few months ago I discovered that CPS3 was being emulated and I could finally play Warzard.
Here are my stats:
Pentium 4 - 1.6 GHz
1GB RAM
ATI Video Card (forgot the model, but it’s an upgrade and is good enough for most modern PC games, even though my CPU isn’t)
Should I even bother?
