MVC2 isnt fun to watch anymore considering we all know whats gonna happen during the match. everyone picks the same character with the same strategy in their mind to use. MVC2 was amazing to watch when its popular was raising, but now we saw everything it has to offer so the game just loss its touch. we need a marvel vs. capcom 3, maybe that way, we can atleast try something new. no big loss for me if MVC2 for i dont take the game seriously anymore.
shoot i still prefer to watch SFA3 and Darkstalkers over MVC2 now. like i say, only certain match’s in MVC2 are worth the time watching these days.

A3 is an amazing game. After all these years, the tiers still change and new surprising things can be seen in tourneys. It should be a requirement for everyone that comes to SRK to watch A-cho A3 vids.

maybe in the u.s. marvel will lose its popularity but the rest of the world will still be playing it… tekken 5 is cool and many people will be playing it more and more but marvel will never die… there will always be a challenge scene and more players will play…

And marvel’s probably more popular in africa then it is in Japan. Last I heard, the US is the only place that really seems to have much love for marvel, what with it being broken as hell and all.

America is the only part of the world where mvc2 is played seriously… even in south america and central america ive heard that a lot of ppl play mvc2 but if u go to Europe Africa or Asia nobody really plays MVC2 and thats what I liked about MVC2 were the only ones who play it who gives a fuck about those damn Japs.
