Will NBA Jam have online play?
They still haven’t said it if it will have online play yet…they’ve been pretty dodgy about it when asked in interviews even though everyone’s been asking for it. At this point it’s ‘pick your poison’. Buy it on the Wii and get the full version without online or buy the lesser basketball game for 60 bucks and get gimped version of Jam with online on the PS3/360.

Wii Party took the chart over for last week. The PS3 version of Sengoku Basara seems to be doing quite well over there as well as that ‘new’ Tales of Phantasia game for the PSP. That DQ card game showed back up on the list with SMG2 hanging out in the middle.
Nothing really changed hardware wise. PSP and PS3 are still tag teaming the top. Hardware went PSP, PS3, DSi LL, DSi, Wii, 360, Lite, PS2, and Go.

They played with classic controllers in the multiplayer and showed off a new level. Sounds good but hopefully we’ll see some videos of this game in action before GC is done.

English High Res direct feed version of the english trailer posted earlier. What do you guys think of what you’ve seen of the game so far? Kinda interesting that this game is coming out on a Tues. and not Sunday like the usual Nintendo high profile titles.
Besides other characters tagging along with Samus it looks pretty good to me so I guess it just depends on how the controls feel since there have been some minor complaints.
Anybody in a mad dash to try and finish some games before Metroid drops? I want to spend my time on that game.

I don’t even really care about the game itself (that would involve putting my hopes in a Team NINJA product, which…lol) but that commercial was fucking amazing. Real Samus is pretty damn hot.

watching this commercial is really making my mind wander back to when John Woo was connected to the Metroid movie and what exactly went down behind the scenes to make it fall into limbo.
I want to at least finish Super Metroid before other M comes out. I have 11 days to do it. I never played a metroid before, so I’m starting off with Super Metroid. Maybe if I like it I will look into the primes, or maybe the NES ones. I don’t have a gameboy to play Fusion.

Also FOR THE LOVE OF GOD…STOP WAGGLING THE WII MOTE AND ACTUALLY MAKE A CORRECT SWING WITH THE DAMN THING!. I am not looking forward to watching people in the store trying to flail in this game, get discouraged then walk away. It’s really hard for me to watch this.

Fuck…I don’t even want to think about that with the kids running around. They’re already in there dropping the PS3 Dual Shocks at the demo stations and everytime I hear it I die a lil bit on the inside. I don’t know if Microsoft is actually going to try to set that up in our stores or not.
I managed to finish Zero Mission and Fusion and enjoyed both a good deal. Fusion got my more interested into Adam’s character and how things went down between him and her. I’m way more interested in the story for Metroid: Other M now but I’m gonna have to miss out on it for 2 days. I won’t be able to pick it up until I get paid on Friday of that week so I’ll have to live through you guys on how the game is until I’m able to pick my copy up. Now all I have to do is finish Super Metroid at some point before the game comes out.

September looks like it’s going to be pretty quiet in terms of exclusives but a steady stream of solid stuff exclusive and non exclusive should start rolling out after Other M…hopefully solid stuff anyway lol.

Usually Platformers force you to work around the environment. Of course that’s something we all know and love. However, it’s nice to get a unique twist once in a while. In And Yet It Moves, you force the environment to work around you! The player will feel liberated in its platforming endeavors.

I’m trying not to watch anymore MOM footage, but it is so hard. 
Ivy the Kiwi was no where to be found today. Best Buy, Gamestop, Target… I was quite disappointed. Amazon came through though. The game should be here on Friday.
