Mega Man 10 On the Way:
coming next year to WiiWare with 3 playable characters (Megaman, Protoman, ???). No word on if it’s coming to live or PSN yet but it may be another timed week exclusive like last time.

The good: the AWESOME retro boxart.
The bad: everything else. I love how, since Megaman 9’s supposedly “awesome” retro NES look was part of a decent-selling title, we’re never going to see pretty Megaman 7/8-style graphics in a Megaman game again. And probably no level editor either. AWESOME. :bluu:

Only 2 people came and bought this game at my store today…2 were reserved and the other 2 were for walk-ins and we only sold 2 of them. I’m hoping there aren’t a lot of people pirating this game…

Hold up, at the very least Sheep Man looks all kinds of gangster.
However, I do agree it sucks that due to MM9’s success, much like Nintendo and most of its non Mario (and even some Mario) games, we are destined to get at least two more phoned in retro based sequels, rather then a new Mega Man Zero or ZX or Legends game.

Hey Sonic, when did Monster Hunter 3 get a US release date. I was at gamestop the other day and I reserved that thing so fast the employee didnt even get a chance to ask if i wanted to reserve anything.

MH3 has had a reserve sku at the store as far back as about Oct. IIRC but back then there wasn’t really any idea of when it would get released. I don’t think capcom has pinned down an officil date yet but all things seem to lead to a date at least around the March area.
If you ever glance at our reserve books and see a date that is the 1st or end of a month and we’re not within the 2 month range of that title then more than likely it isn’t an official date. There is a good chance though that the date could actually be closer to the real date that the game is coming out…similiar to what happened with God of War 3.

Column: Nintendo is Lazy and You Don’t Care
Matt really hit some good points that I think have been said before. He better watch out or Reggie might just clothesline him whenever they next meet up lol. Sadly I think I agree with most of what he’s saying but at the same time I’d like to think that Nintendo has been trying to change that ever since that horrible E3 2008 showing. Thoughts?

Even though I know I shouldn’t have because I’m already getting pretty close to being broke (I’m still caught in Christmas’ Ultra Combo on my wallet…) I decided to go ahead and buy Silent Hill since I want to at least give my vote to Konami and I figure this will be an interesting experience since I haven’t played any of the Silent Hill’s before.
