Played through a good bit of A Boy and his Blob this weekend with my 6 year old daughter. It’s pretty fun. Not really action packed at all, It’s more like a puzzle platformer. Looks more like a homemade PC game, but it’s fun.

not from Nintendo directly but from Charles Martinet (voice). Likelihood of it being galaxy 3? probably slim to none. No telling what it could be or even if it’ll show up on the Wii. For all we know it could be a game that will show up on launch day with a new system…or it could be Mario (insert sports title here or party)

congrats are in order for PS3s first top placement in the home console sales. console sales went as follows DS, PS3, Wii, 360, PSP, and PS2.

Halo 3 ODST rolled over everything for Sept. sales though apparently claiming the 6th best selling sku launch all time. Really? O.o? (I find that pretty crazy considering after like the second day sales on that game at my store came to a nigh grinding halt). 5 of the top 10 sellers for the month were on 360: 1 was ODST and the others were multi plat (Batman, Beatles, Marvel UA2, and Dat Madden). Wii had Wii Sports Resort at #2 and Wii Fit still up there and PS3 had Dat Madden and Batman.

I got Mario & Sonic At the Winter Olympic Games a few days ago and I have been having trouble putting it down! I didn’t play the previous Olympic game, but this one is sooooo fun. My favorite event is the Figure Skating, the dream version is amazing too but limited to two stages.

holy hell…20 people and you get to dl all the first party games free of charge? I’d say that’s pretty good incentive…let alone 500 wii points with each person that gets connected that you refered.

8.0 supposedly it’s pretty good this year on this system and the funny thing is it’s a straight port of the ps2 game. Kinda funny. Take note though if you own a 360/PS3 you shouldn’t even bother looking at this.

Nice, CV Adventure Rebirth’s adding sub-weapons. Well, this is assuming it is a CVA remake (as CVA didn’t have subweapons). It looks pretty besides. If it is, I hope they keep the fireball whip.

I can’t wait for more screens.

I’m thinking it might be a new model of the existing Wii if anything yet.

shakes head during face palm supposedly EA hasn’t really been marketing the game which would explain low sales. I don’t know what to say on it besides the ‘its on rails’ excuse. Maybe if they dropped it by 10 because of that fact?

those who watched most of E3 this year will probably remember the infamous James Cameron half hour speech with no game footage. This game probably already has at least 2 strikes against it…1 being simply because it’s a movie game. This game may end up being good some how though so I’m keeping an eye on it. It’s been made from the ground up and apparently using wii motion plus and it works. The footage they showed made me do the whole ‘I da knooowwwww…’ thing but it can’t hurt to keep an eye on it.

Japan Numbers:

Okami randomly showed up on the top 10 list and Uncharted 2 is doing pretty well at 5th place. Pokemon and Wii Fit plus are dominating the top still.

Hardware side is Dsi, PSP, PS3, Wii, 360, DS Lite, and PS2. There’s like this clear line of sales that ends after the first 4 systems sents it drops from the 29 thousand area…to the 3 thousand area.
