I’d sworn off the game because the characters don’t very much appeal to me, and a lot of the attacks seem to lack a certain “punch” I enjoy seeing. Yet here I sit downloading the demo, and if it’s remotely enjoyable I’m sure I’ll throw down $15 just because. Not really any reason a single fighting game player shouldn’t at LEAST try the demo and make a decision after playing it. For free.
Fanboys do need to shut up about it saving the FGC, though.
I believe the ratios were designed so that any solo character could TOD a character on a team of 3. Besides, if a team of 3 does become too strong, then we’ll likely see the ratios patched.
As mentioned before try out the demo at least. You might be pleasantly surpised.
Naw I want them to keep rubbing it in TBH. I’ve heard tall tales about other titles from the big C so it’s only reasonable for every community to get their fair shake no matter how irritating it sounds.
My whole point is that it’s fine, I’m not hating on the game by saying that ratios are imbalanced, its just a thing. I’d rather full teams be strong anyways, really, it shows the game to its full potential.
You just quoted a post from me talking about how I don’t play my console games online unless I’m going to download a PSN game.
How do you think I feel about it? Lol.
I’m guessing this is some kind of scavenger hunt, except it makes no sense and the prize is wasted time.
You’re willing to accept awful online on the basis that you don’t need it, many others are willing to accept just memorizing or printing out a moveset list. Either way, for the people who found those issues a problem, a patch was a Godsend.
Tried the demo and I luved the feel of playing it. Its the first FG that made sense in a long time to me. I don’t know if I will buy it, money is a bit tight at the moment but I was definitly on the “I dont get it” camp with all the hype there was by people who seemed to have no reason to be hype. Its my kinda gameplay but like I said as much as I want to buy it, probably not the best idea atm
I guess its how much time should be spent tilting at windmills, its an intensely fine line you have to walk there, between smaller teams being useless and bigger teams feeling anemic.
Mike’s interview on wakeupSRK was really good for the people that didn’t hear it btw.
Is the game available on the Japanese psn store as well or just north America?
(I’d check myself but I’m in the hospital until Friday. I am also aware I can download game on NA psn store from Japan but I want to play it on my Japan psn account cuz sometimes other people in Japan don’t want to play someone with a US account assuming I live in America and there would be lag.)
Skip eating fast food like 3 times in the next month. Your arteries will thank you and you’ll get a great game out of it. That’s how I try to justify luxury expenses…
I think so? Painwheel is supposed to play like Sentinel but I don’t know exactly how her flight works in comparison to his. I know that it cancels out on its own after ten seconds.
I eat fast food like once a month if not every 3 months lol. I live in the south so family dinners > random McDonalds. That being said, I can buy it, I said I should not. Context.
I like how movelists is a deal breaker. It is really dumb and annoying as hell. However, the fact is that after two minutes in training mode with a character you’ll have their (mostly tiny) movelists down.
