If these people who are so salty over Blanka actually started playing him, they would stop complaining. Blanka frustrates me, but he is a great load of fun use. I’m glad I even get to see a Blanka player online. Shenanigans 
If Blankas EX ball knocked down and they increased the hit-stun of all three versions of his Ball to where he cannot be punished…Blanka would become MUCH better. Until then he sucks…very . . .very. . .bad.
If ball hitstun increased by that amount blanka would have 450+ damage combos for 2 bars. Yes please.
blanka is not cheep Phoenix is cheep wolverine is cheep vanilla sagot is cheep yun is cheep. they win tournaments but when did u see a blanka get top 8 at a major tournament?
Blanka can be annoying to deal with if your fighting a good Blanka player, but Blanka cheap? Naaaaa.
I really don’t like Blanka at all, but I wouldn’t call him cheap. Far from cheap to be exact…in AE that is.

I dont think he’s cheap. I think he’s freaking annoying and I would almost say that I hate him. To me he’s in the same league as Guile: a turtle. I HATE TURTLES!

Blankas “cheap” because he relies on gimmicks and people have crap internet so thats a factor and the biggest thing people cry about is they don’t want to take the time to learn the match up…he’s also cheap because “He takes no skill to play” and people don’t know how to block ultras…
This depends if you’re playing online or off. Blanka online is 100% cheap no questions asked. And i’m not saying hes broken or he has things that can’t be beat, hes just cheap online because you can’t accurately block. Thats why characters like Blanka, Fuerte, Seth, Gief, Vega, etc etc get reps as “cheap” by online casuals and scrubs. When online you can’t block more than half of their moves because of lag. Unless you’re in Japan, theres no way you have internet that makes it 100% lag free. And then take into account you’re playing on PS3 and thats even more lag.
Online doesn’t really matter, so if someone says you’re cheap or whatever, just take it as a compliment and move on. I honestly have massive issues with Blankas online but offline I have none at least in terms of crazy mixup stuff.
Blanka’s alt3 is cheap, it needs a health nerf.
It seriously makes me rage. Stupid feathery piece of crap.

if you dont have good reactions and or you dont know the matchup you’ll lose to a blanka who’s half decent. It’s hard to anti air him cos his jump over your head is damn fast, its hard to react to hops, it’s hard to safejump him. it’s hard to block random balls. it’s the truth, and half you guys who just play blanka might not even realise it until you play another character. That’s pretty cheap in my opinion, a character shouldn’t give average players so much trouble based on being a quick random fucker because that’s not fun at all.
obviously i see all that shit like neo in the matrix, and so do you guys i’m sure, and if you slow down blanka’s BS you reduce character diversity for higher level players, i wouldn’t mind personally…
What the devs think about Blanka ? They think too he’s cheap ?

Well, any of Juri’s, Viper’s, or Cammy’s (except maybe for her alt. 3) costumes distract me, but for, errrrr…different reasons than feathery shenanigans, lol.
Anywho, I think any char has the potential of being “cheap”, it’s really up to the player on how to deal with it. Personally, I’m more determined to figure out a way around the "cheap"ness rather than call it that in all their scrub-tastic glory.
