Actually she has that in KOF '96-'98 and 2000-2001. She also has the Flower Kick in a few games as well as having the Raging Demon in 2001 and the Denjin Hadouken in 2003.
As an aside - while looking through FAQs for the above information I came across one where the writer thought Mai actually says “Me bouncy”. Haha.

Sakura’s always been one of my favourite characters, and the fact that she’s incredibly fun to play as in SF4 helps too. Also, LOL @ some of her win quotes;

Well, I always wanted to use Sakura back in Alpha 2 but I never really understood how to link, crossover, etc. The only source we had for games back then were Tips & Tricks and Gamepro magazines. That was long ago though, I started playing fighting games when SFII came out, but was always one of those j.:hk: c.:hk: fireball flowchart scrubs. Then there was CvS2, where I learned about linking, and a little about crossovers. Was always a K groove, defensive user.
Now that SFIV is out, I took alot of time to practice and understand the mechanics. My main is Sagat, but recently my gf asked me to teach her how to play SFIV. I started to teach her how to use Ken, and wandered off trying to find a female character that was suitable for her to use… then found Sakura again. I started using her and started to really like it, because she’s fun to use with some funny taunts. I no longer cared about winning, but just wanted to have some fun. Hopefully, my gf can find the same enjoyment from using Sakura as I have when the time is ready.
Nobody outside of America likes Mai or K’ (Not sure about Kula’s popularity, but she’s a fucking bitch gameplay-wise. Also, SNK hates the NESTS Saga now). Dunno why Yuri isn’t in, but whatever. I’ll take Mature and Elizabeth over a generic little girl like Yuri any day.

I play sakura because I’ve always played sakura in SF. just like I play hwo in every tekken regardless of the fact that he isn’t very good. gotta stick with your characters

Okay, lemme do a recap on why I main Sakura (I was maining Sakura first then Ryu, then Chun-Li, then Sakura, then Cammy, then Ryu, then Chun-Li, then Ryu, then Cammy, then Chun-Li, then Ryu, now Sakura…again).

- Fights for no reason other than to fight.
- Is a Ryu wannabe, which is kinda cute.
