LOL I’ll try to explain it one more time. I’m not against balance or choices. I think Sagat’s new move is goofy and undermines the cool style of classic Sagat and I think the ten new characters are crappy. I probably would prefer to not even have new characters even if they were cool though (which, again for you, these one’s aren’t), because limiting it to the original cool characters gives it more of a classic feel. It’s not that I’m against people having options, I am a classic Street Fighter player and like the more classic feel that the game has when the roster is made of mostly classic characters. Once and for all I’m not against balancing and toning down Sagat, I just think that his new move is lame. These are my reasons for liking IV better than Super IV.

Still playing the best bemu for PC. And there is still enough to learn/practice for me, even with my main char.
G1 is pretty empty so I quit playing CM. But there are still a lot of player and ranked matches. 
SF4 remains my favorite game until (hopefully) SSF4 is being released.
People who owns SF4 on the PC will continue to play SF4, such as me, until I either get my hands on SSF4 or when a release of SSF4 comes out for PC.
Its the same but people can use mods.

The PC never got SSFIV due to the amount of piracy that flooded SFIV, because GFWL is terrible at beating piracy.
I’m still playing it because I spent my money on a stick instead of SSF4.
Also… Because I’m a scrub that played Flowchart Ken until recently. Now I don’t, but I face flowchart Kens, and it pisses me off.
Yeah… so I wanted to get decent at SF4… first… but it’s not helping because all I face are flowchart Kens.
Didn’t know you were forced to use moves in street fighter…this is new to me. If you don’t use it you won’t see it…unless you mash so hard that your afraid it might come out…
So lets limit the roster forever because you want nostalgia over balanced game play and variety? I get you don’t like the characters but just seems like you never want the game to evolve. Why not just play one of the million street fighter 2 titles if no character will ever be good enough to grace the presence of the street fighter 2 cast?
Then don’t play street fighter 4 or super street fighter 4…no one is forcing you…you know…since all those non sf2 characters are so stupid.
They need to do a key check so they can stop piracy from the online at least. I own mine through steam. They could at least fix it so people cannot use the onlien with a pirated copy. I know people can.

Despite having both versions, I still play SF4, though only to see what differences returning characters have and to grab a few more achievements.
I like IV better than Super IV because I think it’s a better mix of the old school feel and some fresh new things with great graphics. I think it strikes a great balance between new and old.
Also, you said why don’t I play one of the “million” old school Street Fighter titles, well, I do! I like to play IV as well though. I think they did a good job. I think they made IV to appeal to the old school players and Super to satisfy more of the Street Fighter universe (alpha players, 3rd Strike players, etc.).

In so far as not using the angry scar move as some people are suggesting, that’s probably what I’ll end up doing. But it isn’t a perfect solution as it’s supposedly an effective move, a move that Capcom gave Sagat to offset his power and damage being toned down. In short, I don’t think he’s as effective if you don’t use that move.
