I’ve seen mostly jins, noels, arakunes, and ragnas. Every once in a while i see tagers and hakus. I faced my first carl today, and that loop is nasty.
I think that I’ve lost 30-40 straight before learning her basic strategy.
In comparison I’ve won at least 1 out of 3 times when I first started using hakumen.
Not an easy character to pick-up and play. For me anyway.

Jin is the #1 online scrubby char. Also why do scrub Jins use that retarded constant slashing move, and start ice riding at unsafe moments.

Ha, I know, it ridiculous. I usually don’t do anything when facing Jin now, other than sitting back, blocking the ice ride spam, and easily punishing with a nasty combo. And they’ll continue to spam that shit over, and over. It seems rare that a Jin takes me out of this autopilot and makes me actually fight for it 
thats too bad. I haven’t ran into THAT many Noels, but I usually pick her first. It’s a shame considering I wanted to main her the instant I saw her. Maybe eventually i’ll switch elsewhere but as for now shes my main deally yo.
Maybe Litchi, but she seems super damn involved.
Really starting to see too many v-13’s. She’s becoming the Akuma of BB.
I would still say she’s closer to Sagat then Akuma IMO. Spamming full screen phantom swords then get in close and combo the shit out of you:bluu:. I haven’t really fought that many Nu-13s. Actually the Nu I fought was this guy. [media=youtube]oMfYzZtV6uc[/media] Yeah I know scrub Jin, ghost riding the ice car, but I knew he wasn’t gonna punish for it. Had he I would’ve stopped. I should have won this but I kept screwing up the input for the ice wave. I got my revenge though next time I fought him.
I’ve seen more Ragnas and Hakumens than anyone else by a long shot. Next would be Nu, Noel, and Jin. Handful of Rachels, Taokakas, Tagers, Bangs, Arakunes. One Litchi. No Carls.
I’m learning the game with Jin and Rachel, and I was expecting a shit ton of mirror matches, but it hasn’t worked out that way.
I’ve fought Moosh-Q and Masamura on rank.

Jins, Jins, and more Jins. An endless sea of Jins, as far as the eye can see. It’s almost nightmarish.
On PSN i see a lot of everyone, i havent seen Jin as much as i normally have. I think people are discovering the cheapness of the high tiers more though (well, maybe not rachel).

I’m pretty sure he was saying that people are starting to realize that Jin isn’t the hot shit and are switching to Nu and Arakune.
I have not faced more than 1 Arakune. Its really surprising considering you’d think one person would have read a tier list and said to himself, “O GAWD I SHUD PLAY DAT GI AND I WILL BEET EVRY1 LULZ.” Some does not hold true with Rachel and Nu… they are fucking all over the place.
I’ve run into more Rachels then I have Nu and Arakune. Which is kind of surprising to me, because Rachel is probably the toughest to learn of those three.
